I am so so thankful for Stewart and Benjamin Franklin plumbing! The plumber from a different company we had the day before chopped apart pipes, threw a fit, and quit without doing the job. But one call to Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they were here in less than 24 hours!!! And on top of that Stewart knew exactly where the problem was and said there was never a need to cut pipes, and he repaired the damage the other guy left!!! We will call you guys for all of our plumbing needs!!

I had my water heater replaced, over 10 years old. The job Johnny did was Excellent, He answered all our questions and explain everything very well. He was professional & did good quality work. I'm very pleased & will definitely recommend.

My mother’s old house had several major plumbing issues (no working toilets, no running water in the kitchen, broken pipe under the sink, tubs that don’t drain, etc.) . . . some problems caused by the winter storms of Feb 2021 and some things that have needed replacing or repair for years. Benjamin Franklin Plumbers came to her home three separate times to fix the three different areas of the house this summer. They fixed EVERYTHING and were so AFFORDABLE! They unclogged drains, removed broken toilets and installed new toilets, repaired broken pipes in bathroom sinks, fixed outside faucets

Benjamin Franklin plumbers always take care of our older house. We have used them several times for different repairs over the years. The plumber sent out was able to review previous repairs and check the pipes, find the trouble spot, and fix it quickly. I like that they always arrive with the tools to handle job and the pricing it upfront and transparent.

Kirk did a fantastic job! He did a masterful job replacing some very poor quality plumbing work and faucets installed by the original home builder. He left absolutely no trash and the work was performed in very professional manner. He did a beautiful job and is a very real gentleman!
