My parents have had Kimberly's Kleaning for about four years now. I wanted housekeeping because I have two cats and the amount of cat hair all over the floor and the furniture was starting to become ridiculous. When I first got them in May of this year, they did a 4 hour deep clean service for $225. Now I have them biweekly at $140 per service. Though it's only a biweekly clean, they do an excellent job each and every time. :)

When scheduling the appointment for a move in clean. I requested a focus on bathrooms and kitchen because we were removing all carpeting and hiring another company to steam tiles. I was also told that cabinets and drawers would be cleaned out. With almost no personal belongings in the house I expected a much better cleaning. There was still makeup powders in the drawers, the faucets still had grime, and crumbs on the pantry shelves. I will say that the stove was cleaned very well, but other than that I'm not sure what else was done.

Had a tenant move out leaving the property filthy. Called Kimberly's Kleaning Service after two other companies let me down. The property was vacant so I never met the crew but they did an outstanding job and we were able to have new tenants move in the very next day. They cleaned all the appliances, bathrooms, floors ect.
I would recommend them for move-in, move-out cleanings and will definitely be using them again in the future!

They didn't clean anything, they actually just straightened up and this place is still dusty the mirrors are still dirty. things just weren't the way they were supposed to be. we called to bring this to the attention of Kimberly and she could care less, We told her "fine will just give you a bad review, she said that's fine go ahead"!

We just completed a kitchen remodel. Even with plastic covering every piece of furniture and every doorway, the ENTIRE house was covered in sawdust. Kimberly's ladies - Jennifer and Blanca - did an amazing job. They spent four hours vacuuming, moping, dusting, polishing...the shutters alone were a nightmare! The bathrooms were gleaming: mirrors and faucets were all polished; light fixtures cleaned. They didn't miss a single surface; even wiped down the inside of windows and all hanging artwork. When they were done my home looked like a model. I'm definitely having them back

The overall rating of this company on Yelp is way too low. We have been using them for about six months now. Our house was cleaned again yesterday and they did a fantastic job. The ladies didn't rush and were very concentrated on making sure we were happy with the results. The service they provided is what you would hope for when someone cleans your house. We couldn't be more pleased. Give them a try, be reasonable and communicate and you will see why we feel the way we do :)

Today was my first experience with this company. I got the summer special for $125. I am very happy with the cleaning. My 3 bathrooms are spotless. House is thoroughly dusted, floors are all very clean. Kitchen looks great too. I got exactly what I expected to get. Thank you

I wish I had read reviews before I chose this company. I'm usually pretty good at doing my research but I made the mistake and didn't do it this time.
I'm very disappointed. Paying $250 for 3 and a half hours of work that after really going through my house looking at, I could have done, not only done myself but in less time.
When I originally set up the appointment for my cleaning I explained that I wanted the deep clean/spring cleaning. I was told that I would go through the house when the ladies came and be able to tell them what I wanted done and where I wanted extra attention

I have used this company once before in October. I was scheduled for surgery and my husband wanted me to come home to a nice clean house. He was so happy with everything they did and with Kimberly. He told me how incredibly nice she was, he was very impressed. She was so sweet to get us in without much notice at all! Unfortunately my hospital stay was much longer than expected so I didn't get to see all their hard work, but my family tells me it was great! I just called again today for another cleaning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kimberly this time. Wow! This woman is amazing.

The worst cleaning I have ever had! If I could give it zero stars I would. My house was not dusted, not all my mirrors were wiped down, the jars in my kitchen were dusty, the hood wasn't touched at all. They added an extra 30 min which cost me $50 more and they left 10 min early and not everything was done. Now I can't get them to call me back.

After a couple of years I canceled my service with Kimberly's Kleaning Service.. amazingly she never asked why or what happened to make this decision. I take full responsibility for not canceling much sooner. They broke a mirror in my bathroom and never told me. It was the details that the never did like cleaning the light switch, the handle on the doors or wiping a door. The icing on the cake was when I walked into my bedroom when the left and the comforter was simply thrown on the bed. Well a new cleaning service just started today and I know now how my house should be cleaned.. this

They were supposed to show up between 12pm-2pm and got there a little after 3:15pm. There was two ladies that showed up to clean. It seemed like they barely had any cleaning supplies with them. When I booked the service I told Kimberly that it was a BRAND NEW HOUSE that we hadn't moved into yet, so there was literally nothing there besides the appliances. No furniture, no cleaning supplies. They took 3 hours to clean - which seemed odd, because there's not much to clean. But I have them the. We benefit of the doubt and hoped they were just doing a really good job. Just had our house cleaned this morning by Kimberly's Kleaning and the two ladies they sent were great. Our house looks great. We have a 2 story 3000 sgft home and the ladies did a great job. The kitchen looks awesome and the hardwood floors look amazing. We pride ourself's on keeping a clean home and they made it look even better. They even cleaned our garage floor which has an epoxy coating on it.

(Side note she should probably adjust her tone when speaking on the phone, she did sound kind of bothered and sidetracked while talking to me.)
