There should be a zero selection for rating. Solar panels are on the house, but they do not work. Vinyasun was informed by the city that work was not performed to code. Justin has not communicated the remedy. They have not returned to fix the issue with installation, however they charged $39,200 for 26 non-functioning panels.

This company is a fraud. Justin Hoysradt must ask or pay people to give him good reviews.
I signed a contract with Vinyasun on September 30, 2020 and I still don't have my solar or Tesla batteries -- I received nothing, the roof and house is untouched! From what it looks like to me, the company only has one employee, Justin Hoysradt (the owner). I've called and emailed this company many times and have not received any response in months, while he has my money. This company has over $41,000 of my money and won't refund me (I've asked Vinyasun in writing and verbally to Justin Hoysradt). The contract

: I've had my system for four (4) years. It's always worked pretty well when it's working and when I've had problems the owner of the company always prioritized my service to get me back up and running. When our solaredge inverter failed under warranty they contacted the manufacturer, ordered a replacement, and installed it all at no charge. My insurance company required me to get a new roof and they took down the panels and put them back up very efficiently. I always recommend Justin and Vinyasun whenever I can.

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve been waiting a long time with Vinyasun to get solar on my home. They finally installed the panels only to find out they didn’t get the permit to actually install. The panels have been installed for over 3 months haven’t even passed inspection yet, still need FPL to come out after the city inspector approves and I’ve already been charged by the solar lending company 3 months so I’m paying FPL and the solar panels. I got solar to save money not to pay 2 bills. And the worst part is that they do not communicate. I haven’t heard from them since may 25th

This company is the real McCoy! After working very hard to get me the very best financing for my BEAUTIFUL SunPower 400 panels, they went up in just a few days and the crew was EXCEPTIONAL, with absolutely nothing showing but these gorgeous high tech OFF GRID power panels, as they carried on what I had already experienced all along with their main office and my primary contact Andy Marchion. Vinyasun has done outstanding work completing our installation. They have made the extra effort to explain everything to us about the workings of our system from a user and technical standpoint, including expectations for seasonal changes. My own recommendations:: 1) Install a couple of Tesla batteries with your system; 2) Give the system about 10 months so you can see the positive impact; 3) Hire Vinyasun; 4) If it's within your means, also get an electric vehicle.

I was quite impressed with these guys and their presentation. I appreciate the adjustments they've made during the pandemic to accommodate my family's safety while still doing their jobs. They took the time to answer all my questions regarding how a solar system works, and how the install was done. I didn't feel like I was being hit with high pressure sales tactics. Vinyasun took a scientific approach to determine the best way to install our solar panels. Installation was done in a professional manner. The monthly cost of the solar panels and the cost to put it on the FPL grid was less than our monthly cost for electricity. We have been pleased with the overall amount of solar power being generated and would recommend Vinyasun to anyone interested in thinking about solar!

I've never had a complete business with them, but can guarantee that their customer support is horrible. I had a scheduled appointment and they did not show-up to the appointments. Neither picked up the phone nor responded to the email. I believe communication is basic etiquette for any business to run long. In this case I wouldn't do business with them because the initial impression about the company determines their long term customer support for the product. Over here it's on the bad side, so I prefer to move with someone else.

This company is not responsive. My electric bill was about 270.00. I put solar in to reduce my electric bill. I now pay $269.00 to the company who funded the panels and I am still paying FPL about $140.00 a month.
That does not count almost 2 MONTHS that they didnt connect me properly to the grid.
I think that this was poorly planned and this company needs to pay attention to their customers.

VInyaSun came out to the home, gave us an estimate using OUR own numbers from FP&L. Designed a system to be efficient, practical and smart for our home. Using the funding from Dividend Solar Finance, our monthly payments of $187/mo, fixed, are better then our average monthly payments to FP&L of $226 with a high in the low $300's/month. Now the MONEY I am putting out for POWER is going towards my OWNED ASSET of Solar panels and smart/clean power. My FP&L bill averages about $9/mo, with the Line Charges still requiring payment. I do have a RESERVE already banked up with FP&L
