Had met with Tamara for an appointment to install my solar. I was promised that they would take care papers for HOA. i waited and waited checked with my HOA Manager, Nothing ever filed for weeks coming. excuses after excuses and i finally keep calling Martin he says its there back office not sending the paperwork for approval Home owners association. this is a serious matter. they came on property and i told them to leave because the HOA never was filed as promised. Im so upset and felt being lied to Martin was a great rep but the Failing paperwork was never done. JR was promised to call never

I have been looking at solar for years and as the price has come down I decided to pull the trigger. I inquired and received a call back the very same day. I spoke to JR, who was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the whole process step by step. It was much easier than I anticipated and I was approved in minutes. I appreciate the time this company took to teach me about solar, I originally inquired just bc I cannot stand to think that FPL is using my own money to build their OWN solar system then they are going to charge me!!! Finally got my system installed a few months ago. Just like Frank had mentioned, my FPL bill was reduced to $8. Pretty stoked about that! Took a bit longer than I would have liked but not the companies fault. City of Palm Beach was just a bit slow for the permit. All in all very happy with Han Solar. (Love that name too)
I came out of our meeting really having a much better understanding about the system, its functions and what to expect from it. Representative did a great job going over all. Producing your own energy is cool.
