The Technician, Stockton, was awesome! He was very personable, knowledgeable, sincere, obviously loves his job and the company he works for, Chemdry. He went out of his way explaining what he was about to do, the time it would take, the equipment he’s was going to use , and what the total cost would be! I decided to pick Chem-Dry based on reviews I found online and I'm so glad I did. They were quick to respond, answer my questions, and schedule an appointment. Michael text me when he was on his way to my house. When he arrived, he went through the house, explained the process and told me the cost prior to performing the service. Michael was extremely professional. I have 3 small dogs that incessantly barked at him but he was so friendly with them and just worked around them. The whole process did not take long and my carpets look fantastic! Thanks so much!! I'll definitely be a returning customer
