I am Tyler Bryan, current owner and operator of Custom Carpet Care. I am married and have 2 children. My wife grew up in the St. George area and I am from Murray, Utah. In 2018, after living in Gilbert, Arizona for 6 years and having our 2 kids, we decided to move back to Utah to be closer to our families.
We love living in St. George and being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery - especially all of the hiking areas, great weather, and the wonderful people that live here. Custom Carpet Care has been in the St George area since 2009; however, the roots of the company are much older than that. Rick Facer, my father-in-law and founder of Custom Carpet Care, started in the carpet cleaning industry in 1979.
Over the years Rick has developed some of the best processes to clean carpet, tile and upholstery along with unique repair methods that prolong the life of the carpet. In 2018 Rick decided to retire and began training me to take over Custom Carpet Care. I trained and worked with Rick for over a year, acquiring as much of his knowledge as I could.

Services
We have a nine-step process to get your carpets as clean as possible, meaning on average, we spend twice as long as other cleaners. We thoroughly go over all of the areas that you want cleaned and make sure to address any of your concerns. It is important to vacuum before any cleaning. Vacuuming helps to remove dry soil and other items that become more difficult to remove once the steam cleaning process begins.
Tile and grout take a beating with everyday use. Sweeping and mopping can only go so far and scrubbing each grout line by hand is hard, back-breaking work. Whether your surface is ceramic tile or natural stone such as travertine, let us get it looking new again. Our process begins by vacuuming your floors.
Over time carpets can loosen. This loosening can lead to ripples or waves in the carpet. These ripples are not only unsightly but can become a dangerous tripping hazard. Having your carpets stretched to remove these ripples can also help extend the life of your carpet. In addition to stretching, we also offer complete carpet repair.

I have used tyler in the past and needed his services again unfortunately due to my pets 😢 but, he did a awesome job before and therefore called for his return. Looks amazing and smells so much better. He said it wasn't as bad as I described. Maybe I have a sensitive 👃!!! It smells so much better. Thanks again for your hard work and the better smell. Moving into our home, We needed the carpet stretched and cleaned. I called Tyler at Custom Carpet Care. He was easy to contact and work with. They came on time and too good care of my home while they were there. They were able to get the carpet stretched removing the ridges and then did a superior job cleaning the carpets and making them look like new. The carpets dried so quickly. Superior job!

These guys did an amazing job on our carpet and area rug. Our area rug was so dingy that I was about to get rid of it. They cleaned it so well, it looks new. They also did a great job cleaning the rest of our carpet. They got all the stains out even bright red stains that had been there a long time.

I have used Custom Carpet Care for many years! I have always been impressed. My carpets look brand new again. This time they cleaned my grout in my entryway and upholstery. I love how it looks! They are so nice to work with and very professional. They show up when they say they will and work hard. Tyler gave me their miracle spray to clean spots in between cleanings and it is amazing. My husband tracked grass stains in from mowing the lawn and it cleaned them off. I would highly recommend this company!

A family member referred me to Rick. I was about to toss out the rug shown in the picture because it was so dirty and stained. I had another company clean it 6 months ago but it didn't look a whole lot better. I'm elated that not only did it clean but it looks brand new. The stairs were also dirty and cleaned up beautifully. They are definitely high end so be prepared to pay a little more but it's worth every cent. They also were here a lot longer making sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.
