Absolutely pleased with their professional service and great pricing, the company sent one of their experts technicians which was able to determine cost for repairs vs. a new AC unit, I did more research afterwords and determined a new AC unit was the way to go, the office scheduled me for install in timely manner and now here I’m enjoying my new AC unit, today is 107 out there but it feels so nice with our new AC unit inside the house, I will absolutely recommend NWP to my family and friends!

Incredible company, full of professionals. When the fires began raging this summer, it became clear we needed our ducting replaced. So much smoke was coming into the house, it felt like we were outside when that AC started blowing. I received a rec for NWP on Nextdoor, specifically for Cesar the owner.

THEY Came to evaluate & diagnose the central air unit at the house & told us nothing was wrong its working how it should well if thats the case why can't we get our AC lower than 80° & why won't the fan even blow air through the vents yesterday the temp in our house was 83° downstairs & 90° upstairs we know have to spend more money to have another company come diagnose the Central Air System. These guys were sent to me from my home warranty company. They were horrendous. I had no heating in my home for two weeks and have a two year old. They came the first time, didn't resolve the issue. Never looked in the right area to fix the heating. Said they would need to submit a report to my home warranty but took days doing so. This company is outstanding. We first used them in 2011 to install a gas heater. After installing solar panels we converted to an electric heat pump. Cesar the owner was polite and delivered what he promised. The workers were efficient and fast. They cleaned everything up when finished. This company is family owned. This is the 2nd time that I've chosen NWP with our AC/heating needs. The first time was when we needed our AC unit disconnected and stored away while our deck was being replaced. Cesar and his team took care of it timely, professionally and came in about half of what the other AC companies were going to charge for the same exact job. The second time was when we had our furnace replaced due to age. Both times we were very impressed with their level of care and professionalism that they showed. They were quick and very efficient. I will not hesitate to call or recommend them in the future.

I did not have a good experience with them. They were sent to us by our home warranty company. The first appointment seemed to go fine. Caesar showed up as scheduled and was very pleasant, but then said he would get back to me once he ordered the part. He didn't call back after several days as promised. After me calling them back several times, they said the part was on order and would come in a week. Again, no word. After calling again several times, I was told the part no longer exists and they needed to completely replace my HVAC system. Apparently, they had told this to the home

NWP installed a new furnace in my home. The job was "completed" in early October, when they demanded the final payment. I asked if they had received approval on the final inspection for the permit, and they assured me they had. In February, while at the Permit Office in Vallejo, I was informed that I still had an open permit with them, that they had not had the final inspection. That permit will soon expire, if it has not already. I made two appointments with NWP and they did not show up to either appointment. Not only did they not show up but the first time they did not call until well after the appointment window and the second time I had to call to ask if they were going to make it and they said no and offered to come the next day but the world does not work like that, my wife and I made time out of our work schedule to make sure someone would be home during the appointment window twice and they did not show up! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This business completely screwed me... called them last night during the current heat wave as my a.c. unit was not functioning properly. They told me they would be here today between 2 and 4 pm. 4 pm, no one here, so I call their business. I explain to the rep that I had an appointment today between 2 and 4 and ask about the status of said appoibtment, he puts me on hold... ok no big deal...

He comes back and days the repairman is busy on a job and cannot make it to our house until Wednesday, that's THREE days after I called I called to make the original appointment. I of course mention this
