I've worked with Mercury Heating and Air for the last couple years in servicing my old HVAC and ultimately installing a new system. They were extremely professional and did a great job. About a year after the installation I started hearing a buzzing sound that I thought was related to the A/C. It was intermittent and kept waking me up at night- to the point where I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Ian from MH&A came out twice to diagnose the issue. On the second visit he went into the attic and realized it was something unrelated to the A/C and got the noise to stop. He never charged me for either

Our air conditioning unit died in the middle of a heat wave- I called Mercury to set up an appointment and they were able to send out a technician that same day! Ian was incredibly helpful, providing multiple solutions to our problem (at various price points) and letting me know how everyone's COVID remodels have affected industry supply. We decided to repair the old unit because prices will likely stay inflated until 2023. I greatly appreciated the insider information!

I was having problems with my central air and did not realize exactly how poorly the original system had been installed, until Mercury arrived. It was a mess, noisy, leaking water into a closet in the hall.
They had 5 guys at my house for almost an entire Saturday, removing, rebuilding and adding new equipment. The new system is working to perfection, quiet and efficient. They cleaned up everything and were all very friendly and easy to get along with.
Can't recommend them highly enough, the are very professional and hard working.

We called Mercury for a broken furnace (on a holiday). Ian came out, inspected the unit and was honest to inform us that our system was very old and that he could repair, but we might want to consider replacing. 2 days later Ian and Jason were out and installed both furnace and AC unit. They connected the new units to our Nest thermostat and even replaced the air filter. Professional, honest, timely! Thank you Mercury!

So I spoke to Jason who setup the appointment and I had read they are people that tell you the issue straight. And I can say its absolutely the case. After having someone do a "gas and go" they came out and not only repaired the heater but diagnosed the issues with the air conditioning. Bryce (sp??) was a polite gentlemen who outlined the issues, options and realistic outcomes. Jason followed up to review everything. It has given me the information I need to make the right decision and for that I really appreciate the way they do things. A rare breath of fresh air these days.

We needed a new heating system install. Based on their excellent reviews I decided to contact Mercury Heating and Repair first. I am so glad I did. They were responsive, on time, professional, hardworking,etc. They were able to finish a very complicated install in one day, even though it meant working an almost 12 hour day. My husband and I were very impressed with this family run business. Ian, Jason and Bryce are awesome. They deserve 5 stars - don’t hesitate to call them for your heating and/or air conditioning needs!

My husband and I are are so impressed with Juan and his team. We had a couple other companies come look at our broken AC unit, and from the moment I opened the door to talk to Juan, I felt at ease. He and the crew just seem like good, honest people. The work was done on time, and everyone was polite, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. The pricing was better than the other companies as well which is obviously a huge part of getting a new AC unit! We also had them install a Nest Thermostat and Rene Halo air purifier system. Highly recommend Mercury Heating and Air!

We called Mercury because of a water leak inside our heater closet that may also be water damage to a neighboring wall. Jason from Mercury came and thoroughly inspected our heater, the area around the heater closet, and asked us questions to understand the timeline of this leak situation. Jason's customer service was excellent - he explained why the leak happened, and how it needed to be repaired. He was very detailed, and when he showed us exactly what he did, it looked great. Jason and Mercury Heating & Air gets my highest recommendation.
