Did not have a good experience. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 and the tech didn't show up until 10:40. No phone call or anything letting me know they were going to be late. I was told I would get before and after pictures of the services performed in which I did not. . Good learning lesson for me as I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Mario did a great job of repairing my furnace which stopped working. He showed me the exact problem
Before stating the repair. The igniter and voltage amplifier was replaced. Mario also pointed out potential safety issues for delaying certain repairs for my furnace since it is very old.
I highly recommend him for your repair and replacement needs.

Awesome business and guy who came out to clean the chimney ! I was in need of a great service after not having one in sooo long. I contacted multiple people but ultimately decided to go with cyclone air! The response time was great the customer service was AMAZING and the professional named Rafael was amazing ! I used the quote option of Yelp and got several quotes. Cyclone was responsive, and straightforward with their quote, no need for back and forth conversations, like some of the others. Once I gave my phone number, they called to get me scheduled.
Rafael was prompt, did the inspection of the stove itself and made sure I even knew how to use my stove insert effectively.
Then he got on the roof, with inspected the too and took pictures for me. Finalizing

Wow, these guys are seriously awesome! I decided to do an air duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning. My heater had a funky smell even after I used another air duct cleaning service last year. I was referred by a heating guy in town, which says a lot about the respect he must have had for this compnay. Cyclone air systems are the go to pros that will go beyond the standards , we carefully took our time to vigorously search as many HVAC companies as we could before calling. We went through weeks reviewing histories, checking backgrounds and and going over client feedbacks before even requesting any quotes. Finally after numerous quotes from multiple companies there was only one that stood out not only because of their pricing but the professionalism and curtesy which made everything simple and easy completing the object.

These guys saved us. Period. When our dryer was smoking, I called first called the guys who cleaned our ducts last time and they gave me such attitude that I decided not to use them.
So I found Cyclone Air Systems and George quickly understood the urgency of our situation and squeezed us in. He came over, looked over the dryer and was upfront that cleaning out the vents may not solve the problem.
We told him to move forward anyway. They cleaned out both the vents and the inside of the dryer. He spotted that our vent cover needed to be replaced and took care of it on the spot.

Show up professionally, clean , well Equipped , spend 10 minutes to look for what is possibly going on with the AC
Discuss what he will do, putting 3 lb of Freon see if it work, if not is a compressor issue than I have to seek other help, but he will test it after he put in the Freon just a little see if it work, if it doesn't work he will only charge me for the $49 service call .
If it work than he will complete the work than charge me for the Freon he putting in.

First of all, I called this morning and here the service is being done this afternoon! (I live in Berkeley and their headquarters are in Concord.) Quick reply and friendly phone manner. Secondly, the technician, Mario, was so friendly and helpful. We have two units here and both dryers are in very hard-to-reach areas. Mario was quick to jump behind the dryer and you would not believe what he found in the dryer vent hose! It was full of debris, possibly from birds! We are so lucky it never caught fire. Lastly, Mario also generously replaced the tube and helped secure that the area was clean

I would never recommend these people. They were unresponsive. They showed up at my house to clean our chimney. We have hardwood floors. We asked the technician to put a mat down. He said, "Yes". He did not. We laid down our own rugs. He dropped his vacuum on our floor. We pointed out the scratch. He denied it happened. He called his boss. His boss said that it never happened. We sent them before/after photos. They told us it was a different house. I asked them to take my payment and leave my property and the boss said that he was not ready for his tech to leave yet. Their technician came on time and thoroughly cleaned all of our vents, the furnace, the chimney, and our dryer vent for a home we're moving into. It was amazing to see how much lint accumulated in the dryer vent from previous owners and even how many toys needed to be pulled out of the floor vents. They also made sure to show me how to replace the filters in the furnace of my new home. Great job overall. I'm really glad I hired Cyclone for these services!

Saved the day! Had a technician squeeze me in on a Sunday and was able to diagnose my ac which only needed Freon..thank god. The high rating is not just the fix but the knowledge he was able to share on what happened and how to maintain the unit moving forward. So grateful for it and looking forward to yearly maintenance and they do air duct cleaning so they will be on my list to do as well. Great customer experience. No more suffering thru the sweltering heat again.

Our AC stopped working today and yes during the heat wave! With 2 dogs and a toddler, we definitely needed to get it fixed. We called a couple places and no one was responsive until we called Cyclone Air. They gave us an estimated time and the technician came right on time!! He stayed late until the evening figuring it out and got it fixed. Thank goodness for them!

Heat wave emergency! Cyclone Air to the rescue!
Had the misfortune of my AC dying on me in this heat wave. Fortunately I gave these guys a call...what a relief.
In spite of COVID and their busy schedule they were able to still fit me in on a moments notice. They started work and troubleshooting in the evening and stayed until my AC was blowing cold...which also happened to be 9:30PM on a Friday night!!!
They are willing to work until the job is done and done right. They even offered to come back Saturday morning if necessary.

AC unit died today, hottest day of the year (107!) . Called one hour heating and was told the next available appointment was Monday, 3 days from now. That wasn't going to work. My wife found Cyclone's page here on Yelp and called desperate for help. Mario showed up an hour later and was very professional. Pricing was beyond fair, and he got my unit up and running in no time at all. Saved me from the crazy forecasted heat as well as from needing to buy a new AC!

One of my AC units stopped blowing cold air. No idea what happened, so I called in the experts. Mario immediately came for the emergency and did his HVAC magic, which included topping up refrigerant as well as replacing the capacitor. AC unit is back in business.
He also took the time to explain to me the various components.
I called various companies, and no one would show up for this emergency until I called Cyclone Air Systems. Very pleased with the urgency, speed, execution, and outcome.

I cannot say enough good things about Mario and his team. After getting 5 bids to replace my HVAC and add an Air Cleaner for my condo I went with Mario. He coordinated the crane to bring the unit to the roof and took care of everything at a very good price. Most other bids wanted to take shortcuts and not use a crane or provide lesser quality units - by going with Mario I got the energy equipment I wanted for a great price and was able to comply with my HOA and make sure everything was done safely and efficiently.

Very recently, my tenant had contacted me about an issue with their AC/Heater, and I messaged Mario of Cyclone Air Systems. He happened to be in the middle of a job and asked if it was something that he can take care of the following day. Normally, this would be fine; however, I mentioned to Mario that my tenants have young children. Mario agreed to stop by and fixed the issue. Talk about exceptional service! We recently purchased a house and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned before moving in. Cyclone Air Systems was the first result that came up in my search and I decided to give them a shot since they had 5 stars. The comments were nothing short of spectacular so I reached out and Mario was able to give me a quote and schedule me a couple of days later.
