There was an issue with the invoice when I had a service repair made, but they got it all straightened out after I brought it up. Troy, the service manager, was very helpful with this. Thanks again.
UPDATE: I cannot go higher than 3 stars because as much as it costs to repair my vehicle, their military and other discounts only allow up to $50 off max (as opposed to a percentage) which ain’t much when you have to drop over $1200 for repairs on a truck that isn’t even worth that much. Their service is fine, it’s just the costs that I can’t believe.

I would give them less if I could. My truck was in to replace head gaskets. I was given 4 different dates that it would be done. They had my truck for a month. For a 3 day job. This is my work truck so I lost alot of time and money moving around my work for a whole month. When I picked it up my coolant gauge wasnt working. It did when I dropped it off. There is also oil all over the engine and engine bay. For $5200 and a month of down time they could have at least cleaned up after their self. I do my own work but didnt have time to this time. I wont make that mistake again.

My sales man was Ron Reed. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Ron was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Ron was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest. I would definitely recommend Ron. Not only did we get a great deal, he was very easy to work with and made the process simple and fast.

Warrensburg Ford was great on our recent vehicle repair. We were told by another dealership that our repair would cost a couple thousand dollars. Warrensburg diagnosed the problem and determined the repair was covered by Ford’s warranty. Their honesty was greatly appreciated and they were able to quickly get the vehicle in and make the repair.

Shout out to Jon Reyes for providing us with exceptional service. We were in the market for a Focus RS and found one here at the Warrensburg Ford. We immediately inquired about pricing fairly late into the evening and received an unexpected message back confirming that they'd get back to us first thing in the morning. Which they did! We are a little over an hour away in the North Kansas City area and Jon did an amazing job answering all of our questions over the phone to better prepare us, making our "trek" worth while.
