My insurance company assigned them to tow my vehicle after a flat tire. Devon called me, sounding sleepy and irritated, to arrange the job. After mumbling something under his breathe about the insurance company not paying enough for the job, he called me back and told me that they couldn’t do it….or didn’t want to I guess. Thanks for the help buddy

I was traveling through Missouri in an old foreign car when it quit running near Concordia. I called my roadside assistance and luckily for me, I was rescued from a bad spot on the interstate by Meyer Motors Ford. No one in the area had parts for my old car but Meyer Motors said they would do a diagnosis and see if they could get it running for me. Since it would be a few days before they could get parts, they rented a car to me very reasonably. I was able to complete my trip to Kentucky and pick my running car up on the way back West. The repair cost was also very reasonable. I was truly impressed

So...to be fair, I didn’t actually receive any paid services from Meyer Motors. Long story short, our rental RV broke down 4 miles outside Concordia, MO. It’s was a harrowing adventure. No cabs, rideshares, rental cars...etc. We were stranded on the side of I-70 with two 9 year olds and a little dog... our “roadside assistance” was absolutely no help on a Sunday (no help on a Monday either...but I digress.) State Police drove us to the nearest motel. This is where the kind soul at Meyer Motors attempted to help us. Dennis (?) drove all the way to our RV and took a look at it to let us know

Great place to have work done! I would give it 10 stars. My family and I broke down near there. We called on Sunday when they were closed and someone still called us back. The following morning we arrived at opening time and they jumped right on our SUV to help out some stranded motorists. They spent the entire day making sure we could make it the rest of our 3 HR journey home. When they told me everything they had done I was in disbelief that our charge was less than $400. Definitely recommend this shop. I may even drive all that way when we buy the wife a new car this year just so they know how

We got a flat on a road trip to S.E. Missouri later on a Friday evening. They were supposed to be closed but Dylan was there to pick us up in about 10 minutes. They were helpful and kind and stayed open late just to get us on the road. They did a full patch instead of a simple plug and let us know about other concerns with the car. More importantly they recommended getting some barbecue at Dempsey‘s which was fantastic! Wonderful experience recommend them highly. They seem like an honest straightforward people that I’d be happy to buy a car from as well.

Best Ford maintenance facility ever! We blew an airline to our manifold on 70west and these people were thankfully recommended to us. We limped in with our travel trailer.They drove to Kansas City for our part and dropped the wife, kids and I at the local pool till the part arrived! 2hrs. This is Friday afternoon mind you! Awesome staff,everyone was helpful and super nice! Our part was installed and our day was surprisingly good! Thank you all so much for taking care of us like you did! Your GREAT people! Thank you!
