My name is Susan miles I purchased 2004 Ford Taurus from Elmer Hare Ford sales department in Marshall Missouri and from day one I had problems with my transmission I took my car back into him and they told me the transmission was fine but my transmission continue to light up every 10 MI I called them back and they kept telling me well maybe it's a sensor I took it in and they didn't fix it and two years later I am paying for a car that I haven't drove in in over a year and a half so if I was anyone looking for a car I definitely wouldn't go there

Either they are totally uninformed or flat out lied about the condition of a vehicle. I suspect the latter as they are in the business and should know all of the laws regarding vehicles for sale on dealerships. I was looked in the eye and told something about a vehicle on their lot that I found out was completely false. Most dealerships have reputations for doing anything to sell, but it's disgusting and had they been truthful I would have considered going back.

Excellent service!! Our regular salesman was out but that did not matter, Lauren stepped up to the plate and showed us the cars we were interested in. They had all the cars ready to show and even brought them in on the rainy cold day!! On my return a few days later, Greg was there to show me more cars!! Great service by all!! Such a nice family owned business!
