If I could give this business 10 stars , I would. We had a new system installed, including redoing all the duct work and removing the old system from the roof. They handled all of the aspects of this and coordinated with the electrician and roofer we needed, for a seamless install. Their office staff is second to none as well. Extremely professional and honest. They are true to their word from the largest aspects of a project to the smallest detail. We have had to use Phoenix Air Conditioning LLC a few times this year. All I can say is professional, clean, on time, and ultra responsive. I would highly recommend them for all of you AC and heating needs. Spencer was the last tech I had the pleasure to work with and he was fantastic! GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIME, PROFESSIONAL, VERY FRIENDLY TECHNICIAN (SPENCER PARSON) was here within an hour & a half after I called them on a Sunday morning (of all times for my AC to stop blowing cool air & need serviced). Most places charge a weekend or holiday rate service charge which is much higher than Pheonix charged, so they were fairly priced. He did do the sales pitch for the maintenance plans & thou he did a great job to explain the benefits they offered, he didn’t put pressure on me to purchase it which I appreciated because the last thing I wanted after spending the night

When my AC started leaking I called phoenix AC to come and evaluate. The receptionist was kind and was able to send someone over right away. My AC techs name was Spencer, who was professional, knowledgable, and great to work with. Unfortunately I needed a new AC system, which no one likes to hear, but Spencer answered all my questions and helped me through the process of picking a system. When my AC was leaking still before installation they sent someone out very promptly to help fix the problem until my new unit was installed. Spencer and his crew came out and did an excellent job. I am very pleased

I have to say Phoenix AC completely exceeded my expectations. I just bought a new home, and as I was moving in on a Sunday the central AC stopped working..Very bad situation especially in Florida when its 95 degrees out with 80% humidity. This happened on a Sunday afternoon as well, so it was an even bigger problem.

I can't say enough great things about Phoenix air conditioning LLC they made the entire process easy. Spencer Parson was my service technician he was on time courteous respectful took great pride in his work which is very rare today. Service call was for a thermostat ended up being a bigger job than just the AC thermostat . I guess Spencer has seen reactions on customers face when he says well that's not just a thermostat it's a little bit bigger problem 😔 don't worry we'll take care of it. To me it was not about just a price and the brand it was also the company the actual work. Thanks again
