When our AC developed an issue we had another company come out and the technician told us it would be $4000.00 to fix, but it would be best and more cost effective to just replace it for $13000.00. We opted for a second opinion, due to the sales focus of the technician and a diagnoses that didn't seem to align with what we were experiencing. We called A1 Air conditioning and within 24 hours of our call, Ramiro from A1 had our unit running correctly after replacing a part, total charge $240. He did an outstanding job explaining the issue, and made sure everything was working well before

Our A/C was not working right. We put a recommendation request out in Facebook. Although we received many reply's we chose A-1. It was the right choice. A service tech, Ramone was sent less than 24 hours later. He ran some tests in the house. Replaced the thermostat and talked me through what I needed to know as a homeowner. Our a/c unit itself was fine. We had been told previously in 2019 that our unit needed to be replaced by a large chain a/c company.
I am thankful for honest companies like A-1. When the time comes and our A/C needs to be replaced. I know who I am calling.

After waiting three LONG weeks for my husband and friends to try to fix my Master Cool, including buying 300.00 of parts, I finally gave up and called this company. WIthin 2 hours it was running and I had a VERY reasonable bill of $112.00. They first said they didn't know if they could come out the same day, but just 5 hours later, he called and confirmed he'd be here. Ken, the tech, was very polite and knew his stuff. I'm never going to let my hubby touch this unit again and I totally recommend these people. Don't use the yellow pages or c/list; go by recommendations. I did
