Chris is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He came to our home for the initial viewing, provided us with an estimate and scheduled our work. Our bathroom tile walls and floor are over 40 years old and were in great shape – but the grout needed to be patched and repaired, thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. WOW! I couldn't believe the difference of the tiled floors - kitchen and entrance way - after Chris finished - the floors look brand new, amazing. Brightens up the atmosphere. Chris is very professional and knows how to do the job perfectly. He is very concerned about the outcome of his work and wants the customer to be very pleased with it. Chris did an awesome job of cleaning, re-coloring and sealing the grout in our foyer. We have always disliked the dark grout color from the day we purchased the house. Chris didn't just come in and start working. He took the time to get to know me and my family. I didn't feel like I was just "another job", but a valued customer and friend. As far as the service he provided, wow! The floors and the grout look fantastic, even after 6 months. Very happy with my revitalized floor! Chris explained every part of how my floor came to be the way it was and what he would do to fix it. When I heard him working I realized my floor needed even more work than I realized. He addressed all concerns - nicks in the ceramic, damaged grout, gapping seams around the cabinets. I could not have achieved these results myself and that is when I am happy to pay for a house project.

We are very very pleased with the work Chris did for us! He was professional, friendly, on time and honest. Best of all he made our shower look like new. I wish I had taken before and after photos because it’s so dramatic. Aside from the cleaning, grouting and repairs to the shower he also resealed my granite kitchen countertops. They look so clean and shiny. I’d highly recommend Chris and will use him again in the future.
