We had an entire condo floor demo'ed and replaced with Turkish Travertine. The entire Master Touch team from start to finish were professional and highly skilled. They knew exactly what needed to be done and knew where the pitfalls and challenges would be and addressed them upfront.
In the end, we have an absolutely perfect and beautiful floor with matching backsplash.
I have recommended Master Touch to my friends and and am having them come back now to do two showers!

Chris Torres and Shelbi Henderson did a great job installing the tile and communicating with us. We purchased our condo in April 2021 and the previous owner had used them to tile the living room 2 years earlier. We had them remove the carpet and tile 2 bedrooms. The new bedroom tile was a perfect match with the tile in the living room. It looks like all the tile was installed at the same time. We purchased the tile from Tile Outlets of America in Fort Myers.

Our home was built 1996. We had previously undergone a kitchen remodel, BR and BA remodel x3 and now decided to replace 1800 sq for of tile in the main living space. I had 4 estimates for the job. MasterTouch was 50-% less than 1 estimate and within $300 of the the other 2 estimates. MasterTouch was by far the most responsive and professional of all and we immediately went under contract. Our job was not a typical house as many of our rooms are not square and one is octagon shaped The crew came in and prepped our house from top to bottom covering every light fixture, AC Vent, TVs and taping closed

Chris and Shelbi at Mater Touch did a fabulous job on replacing our entire down stairs floor tile in addition to removing old wall tile. They were prompt to view the project, gave a detailed estimate, showed up and completed the project on time with no headaches for us. The work site was clean and they provided regular communication on the project as it went along. Very professional company to deal with. We were impressed and will use them again in the future.

Master Touch installed my porcelain tile floors throughout my home and I could not be happier!!! The guys did such a great job, and I was amazed at how quickly and neatly they got it done. These are the folks you want to install your tile! Also, Jimmy installed my new baseboards and painted the whole interior of my home. Wow!!! Such neat work and with a smile, too!!!

This company is the Best!! I was out of town when they did the tile in my Kitchen and Laundry room. They did such a Beautiful job!! Everything was perfect, clean and just the way we left it. It was wonderful walking in the house and it was all done while we were out of town. I highly recommend Master touch. I will definitely use them again. You can trust them!

Chris explained in detail choices we had for installation of porcelain tiles and even met us at Tile Outlets and had Stephanie, a tile specialist, there to meet us and help to choose tiles.
We believe Chris's team has one of the best leaders in the industry, From the 1st day on the project, Ron who was our project manager, was in contact with us and sent pics as the project moved along. Best communication ever!
There really should be more than 5 Stars to rate this company - we cannot say enough about this Team!
