Since the nature of our business is helping you get that "just right light" for your your living room, bedroom, or office; we want to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Our work is top notch from the new creations, restorations or installations.
Although The Village Lamp Lighter can provide you with a lamp or light right from our 3,500 foot showroom, we can also make any light that you can imagine. Using incandescent bulbs or all new LED lights, The Village Lamp Lighter can "enlighten" you to what latest trends will suit your home. The right lampshade can make or break the look of the lamp.
If you are not sure, just bring us your old lamp or light and we can help you make the right choice. We refinish lamps on site with new paint, new fixtures, new wiring, new switches, new lampshades and new bulbs. We will be with you every step of the way. Just need a longer cord with a new plug? No problem.
If you have never been to downtown Lorena then you are in for a treat. Lorena is just south of Waco and roughly right in between Dallas and Austin on I-35. Come by any Monday - Friday from 9:30-5:00,S aturday 9:30-3 and we will be happy to learn about you and your lighting needs. On May 22, 2018 we visited this store, for the first time, and bought 4 lamps, 2 of them we received promptly but the other 2 we finally picked up today July 14, 2018. During that window the owners never once called us to say, " we have not forgotten you, we are still waiting on the supplier … ". And today, the owner (the husband, wife was not around) never said, "we are sorry for the delay, thank you for your patience ,,,, ", nothing. I believe this store is owned and managed by an elderly couple; they are short on etiquettes and need to work on improving customer service. We will not be rushing
