SonicAire Fans - the solution for reducing combustible dust build up in the workplace or plant. Every year deadly industrial fires are attributed to the build up of combustible dust and lint. For years we have provided Class I, Division 1 SonicAire Fans for our customers and now we can take it even a step further to serve facilities with Class II, Division 2 environments.
The new SA-XD2 fan from SonicAire is the first fugitive dust fan designed and approved for Class II, Division 2 environments that have severe amounts of combustible materials present. It is UL certified and perfect for the Food and Grain industries as well as Petroleum, Wood Manufacturing and Plastics to name a few.
Base Plate Mount for SonicAire Fan - Clamps around a horizontal beam to allow fan to sit atop a beam. Special Shipping and Delivery information: -- This mount is delivered via LTL shipping to minimize the shipping costs for our customers. As a result it must be repackaged into a customized pallet prior to delivery and this is what the additional $60 crating and pallet fee is for.

Automatic Control Panel / Programmable Timer with Lockout Tagout - Automatically turns a group of fans on/off for cleaning. Includes Lockout Tagout for fans serviced by this panel. The Lockout / Tagout option locks out and tags out a subset group of fans for maintenance.
