We contacted Jordan about repairing our cracked and seal-failing 20 year old windows. He came promptly and gave us a great estimate on repair, but then gave us a surprisingly reasonable estimate on replacing the windows for only a percentage more than repair. He took the time to explain how window efficiency is calculated and what to look for in windows. He answered all our questions. We looked at a few other vendors, but we felt his bid on windows was better than most and we felt the quality and warranty were excellent. His price was good enough that we decided to replace and upgrade all the windows

I needed to have a window with cracked glass replaced in our basement. Called Westlake Window and Glass and they came out within a day to provide me an estimate. I had 4 other glass companies come provide me with estimates. Westlakes estimate was provided while Jordan was at our home doing the estimate. By far the fastest quote. The quote I received for the new glass was also the best quote to replace the window glass. While Jordan was here doing the estimate I told him we needed to get a new sectional couch through a basement window but would need to have the window disassembled to do so. Jordan

Had Jordan replace a curved “Eyebrow” window that broke. The custom piece took a couple weeks to make but as soon as it was in he was over. The install was quick and seamless. I asked Jordan to repair and build a few screens for me, as well as clean the exterior glass. He exceeded my expectations! I would recommend him to anyone!
