At Summit Insulation our goal is to provide the highest quality insulation services the area has to offer.
Summit Insulation is the east coasts leading installer of injection foam insulation for existing houses. The injection foam can be used to re-insulate older homes that contain little or no insulation, even if the wall cavity is partially filled with old, ineffective insulation. This insulation is able to do what no other product can.
Attics are a very important area of the house to be well insulated. Without proper attic insulation, heat will be constantly escaping your home and your energy bills will be expensive. Insulation for older homes is critical in Northeast areas like Baltimore, Maryland, where a lot of heat or cold air can escape from or into the attic.
Spray foam insulation is a premium alternative to traditional insulation such as cellulose and fiberglass. A two-component mixture composed of isocyanate and polyol resin comes together inside the tip of the gun and forms and expanding foam that can be sprayed into roofing material in attics, wall cavities, and foundation areas such as rim joists and crawl spaces.

Chris and his crew were fantastic. My second floor insulation job took only 5 hours including cleanup time. My house has aluminum siding and when they were finished, you couldn't tell they had even been there. The house already seems quieter and cooler. Looking forward to saving $ on heating and cooling as well as increased comfort. Highly recommend this outfit.

My wife and I met Dan at the Home Show at the Timonium Fair Grounds and signed up for a consultation. When Dan arrived at our home he gave us a demonstration which impressed us. Upon signing a contract a date was set and on that day a crew arrived at our home, Chris was the crew leader. Chris and his crew were polite and professional, going about their work of insulating our home. When they were finished you could not tell that they had been there, they cleaned up completely. Our house is over 100 years old and we could tell the difference in our heating comfort right away. We would highly recommend

Highly recommend! I wanted to express thanks and appreciation for Chris and his team who worked on my house recently. Not only has the insulation made a world of difference already, but I have to applaud Chris and his team for their friendliness and professionalism. They were efficient and thorough, explained the whole process and answered the many questions we had throughout the day. They even were kind and playful with my 2 yr old, who was fascinated at the process. Received 5 different quotes for our insulation project, Summit had the best offer and it wasn't even close. More bang for my buck, and the person they sent out for the estimate was the most knowledgable representative I talked with.

Just had my entire house insulated. It's a 25 year old house, but we would get drafts, and our electric bills were sky high. Had an OUTSTANDING experience with everyone from Joe the estimator, to Chris the crew supervisor, as well as Dan the owner. Everyone was courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. My house was a 2 day job, and it rained on the first day, but apparently that doesn't stop these guys at all! The entire 4 man crew kept working through the rain, and came back the next day to complete the job in it's entirety. I was able to see and hear the insulation being pumped into

Summit was contracted to place domes in the attic on ceiling light fixtures and to spray insulation on the wall and floor of a bathroom above a garage. When they arrived on site I was at work but informed by phone
that they did not have domes that worked with my recessed light fixtures and would seal around the bases only and that they finished the bathroom floor and wall insulation.
When I came home I cut a hole in the garage ceiling and there was no new insulation on the bathroom floor. They had attempted to inject the floor insulation but it only covered a section of the floor. When I checked
