Our products come straight from the distributors and are either overstock, inaccurate orders, or have slight cosmetic defects, but all of our products are new and structurally sound. We also have the ability to order products at competitive prices if we do not have what you need in our stock. We have an on-site wood shop and can make repairs, prep your door, so it is ready to hang in existing jambs, or pre-hang your door in a new jamb.

Services
We can hinge locate your new door so that it will fit into your existing jambs. In order to do this, you will need to bring in your old door so we can make accurate measurements. Please make an appointment with us before bringing in your old door. We can hang your new door in a jamb sized to fit your wall depth.

Happened upon this place while looking for multiple doors for my house, both interior and exterior. One of the most well run, professional, and courteous places I've ever done business with. By far, the nicest people working in the Hudson Valley. We've been going to the Door Jamb for years, getting replacement windows for our old stone house, as well as a new build construction guest house. There was a little hiccup with our Andersen windows (not their fault at all), but they still went above and beyond to help make it right when they had nothing to do with the issue. Not only are they competitively priced, they're helpful, accommodating, and just the nicest people. Justin, Lisa, Melissa, and Chris (not to mention everyone else) thank you.

This place is great. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed help. When I told him I wanted to buy a front door, he brought over one of his associates, Topher. Topher asked really good questions, and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He showed me options, and even explained a "challenge" I had not thought of. When I asked about screened doors, he showed me options, and when those did not work, he offered to go to the warehouse to look and also presented the option of ordering me a newly made door. Amazingly high level of customer service and professionalism! Our contractor sent us to Door Jamb with the assurance that their staff would be incredibly helpful and that they would make the task of selecting the right doors & windows easy. We were greeted at the door by Chris and he exceeded our expectations. What they have created as far as exceptional customer service deserves to be celebrated and shared with others. The DoorJamb is one of my favorite businesses in the Catskills, which is weird because you don't buy that many windows and doors in your life. However, seriously, it's such a great business. If you have patience you can get incredible discounts on beautiful doors and windows for your project. I got a number of doors and window here that were SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than new/custom quotes from major manufacturers. We recently moved to the Hudson Valley from California and had to do a major re-build on the place we bought. We heard Door Jamb was the place for windows & doors. When we saw the quality, selection and prices we went a little overboard re-designing for unusual shapes. Not only are they incredibly knowledgable and helpful, but Justin & Joe came out to fix a door that, it turned out, our contractor had installed badly (and lied about). The Door Jamb was referred to me by a contractor who bought windows there. I had a tough door to replace. The style I wanted was unique and the big box stores did not carry it. I called The Door Jamb and Justin and his crew found what I was looking for in stock. The price was reasonable and I paid an extra $20 to have it cut to my specifications. The craftsman at the shop did a wonderful job and asked me specific questions about which way the door will face in my house. He mounted the door knob and hinges after making those cuts as well. The employees were all very helpful and pleasant.

Door Jamb is a terrific place! There's a nice variety of doors and windows and the customer service is phenomenal. I was just browsing and someone even came out into the parking lot to ask if I needed help. We needed a delivery to Kingston and they brought it for a very reasonable price. The outside door we bought is a beautiful and well-insulated addition to our home!

Need some window operators for Anderson windows installed in 1979 - they'll get them for you. Need a decorative dead bolt (yes - they exist) they have them. There are plenty of doors and windows in stock but if they don't have what you need, they'll order for you. As if this isn't enough, the staff there is knowledgable, patient and efficient. There are a lot of customers walking around, throwing out questions, saying hello (they seem to know all of their customers!!) and yet they stay focused on the customer they're helping.
