For a wood fired pizzeria, wood is one of our most often overlooked, but important ingredients. Hardwood Bros. wood is consistently super dry, and they offer us the service of customizing the size of pieces we want, which gives us more control over our fire. Scheduled delivery is always timely. Those who have experienced firewood that is 'kiln dried' understand it as the finest grade of finished firewood energy. This wood has been treated in a dehumidifying heating apparatus called a 'kiln'. A firewood kiln dries wet wood (green, seasoned) to dry wood (kiln dried) allowing it to burn hotter, brighter, cleaner and longer.

Highly recommended, excellent customer service, great product. I ordered a face-cord of mixed hardwood in November, but had a lot of trouble using it in our wood stove: lots of smoke and smoldering. Not having bought from them before, I thought the wood might be green and emailed the company. Got a response the next day from Casey offering to send someone out with a meter and additional wood to rectify the problem. I checked with my own meter and found the wood was perfect, most pieces below 9% moisture. Problem was in my stove and flue; fixed and now the wood burns beautifully. Kudos to them for

I purchased the regular hardwood blend. It is an absolutely exceptional product. I’m just heating my home with a wood stove, but with this wood, I am no longer a slave to the wood pile. It really does burn efficiently, leaving very little ash. It was easy to place my order, and it was followed up by good customer service. In a time where most businesses are charging more and more and giving you less and less, it is very refreshing to be pleasantly surprised by Hardwood Brothers and their products & services.

Called before I ordered to make sure the firewood would be at my home in Sullivan County before Xmas. Mark promised that it would, even if he had to load up his own car and bring it himself. The half-cord arrived 3 business days later, and it's by far the best wood I've ever burned. My wood stove starts first time, every time, and I'm using far fewer logs than ever given the low moisture content.

I can't express how much the Hardwood Bros team SAVED MY WEDDING! I last minute had to get tons of firewood and they made it happen within minutes. I could not have been more happy with my recent experience with Hardwood Bros. It's clear that Mark, one of the owners, not only cares about his company providing a great product and service to their customers, but equally cares about making sure his employees are treated right and taken care of. Purchased a 1/2 cord of kiln-dried wood from hardwood bros. Quality of the wood is great, no insects or mold. Can actually put it right in the house and not worry about any bugs. Also, many times you learn more about a company when things go wrong and when they dropped off they shorted me a good amount of wood. Once I let them know about the issue they replied to me within 5 minutes and offered a partial refund while sending another delivery to make it right. I was so happy with the quality of the wood that I turned down the refund but they had another deliver scheduled with more than enough wood

I feel so blessed to have found Hardwood Brothers. I was sick and tired of paying for wood that was supposed to be seasoned but obviously wasn't and would not burn. This is the best firewood ever! You pay a little more because of the expense to kiln dry it, but it is so worth it. The wood is a beautiful mix of hardwoods that are cut to sizes that all work in my wood burning stove. Casey was the best ! I asked for a last minute change to my delivery and she accommodated me with only 24 hours notice.
The delivery people were polite, funny, courteous and professional ! And Their wood is Pristine ! I just lit my 2nd fire tonight and its burns impeccably !
What I especially like is that I can store as much wood as I want inside the house because it's all Kiln dried with very low moisture and totally Bug free !

I came across Hardwood Bros on a google search and I got in touch with (the owner I believe) and he got me EXACTLY what I was looking for. We had a pretty lengthy conversation on all products and services the company offers. I promply received an order of the kiln dried firewood the next day as promised. Best wood delivery service in the area! I've been a long time resident and have tried many different services for my firewood over the years. Many other companies can not keep up with the demand and take weeks to finally deliver the order, and often times the product they deliver is subpar at best.
