Last week a large branch from a tree feel on our home. Allen Restoration was recommended from our insurance company. The guys, Jared Dustin and Tyler came in and put tarps on our roof. They put large blowers and dried areas that were wet. They work on the house in areas that made our home safe until repairs can be done. We really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Great job. 👏👍

These guys are awesome! We had severe water damage from 2 toilet backing up and over flowing in the middle of the night. I have young children and was extremely worried about bacteria and mold. Allen's sent over a whole team of guys that night I was so relieved. They took care of everything! They all were extremely hardworking and professional. Allen Restoration took my concerns seriously. They did everything they could to remedy the situation and make it as safe as possible. Amazing. Joe and Dustin are officially top notch in our book. We had a flood in our basement and they professionally and CAREFULLY took care of all of it. Even the last moment stuff we just happen to find. They really care about our health (mold) and our items and my artwork! I highly recommend calling this company. If the rest of the team is as good as these two, you are in for a peace-of-mind experience even if why they are there was distressing!

A large tree had fallen on our home at night during a storm and created a large hole in our roof and other extensive damage. The Allen Restoration team arrived quickly and tarped/secured the area to prevent further water damage. The following day clean up was done in a timely manner. The entire team could not have been more professional. Within an hour we already felt 100% better about the situation and everything was under control. I would highly recommend.

My insurance company recently sent Allen Restorations to my house to clean up some water damage from a cracked pipe. Jared and Sean communicated with me to keep me updated about their arrival time and they were always punctual. We were very impressed with the team that came out to replace our roof. The gentlemen were very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure they not only completed the job, but made sure all materials (nails) were cleaned up out of our yard.
We worked with Justin on numerous occasions, who went out of his way to keep us posted on the job details, including texting us to let us know when the contractors would arrive.

After our basement flooded on a Friday night, we called Allen Restorations based on a recommendation from our insurance carrier. This winter i had an issue. With the snow storm and then the warm weather and rain water had gotten in to my rental home and caused damage to my flooring ,walls ,and furniture. I contacted a few companies and Allen was the one I chose. From the first telephone call to the end of the job I was very pleased because they explained everything and kept me informed.
