Jason, the owner, was awesome. We had water damage in our basement from a recent storm. Since it wasn't covered by insurance, Jason proposed alternative solutions to keep the cost down. He didn't have to do this, he could have just done the entire job and cost me much more money, but he didn't. He left me some fans and a dehumidifier and gave me some tips to help dry out the basement. His tips worked great and our basement was dry in 3-days and all it cost me was the rental of his fans. Top rate company. Highly recommend.

We recently used SERVPRO of Hershey/Swatara to clean up a building on our property that had sustained water damage, and had some mold that had to be remediated. We also wanted to have numerous contents inside the building removed and hauled away. Jason and the entire SERVPRO crew were great to work with. Jason was very informative, and helpful from start to finish. He gave his thoughts on what needed to be done, and answered all our questions along the way. We also had some select demolition inside the building that needed to be done, including, but not limited to removing all the paneling back

We had a water leak in our finished basement, contacted Servpro (Jason Roberts) he arrived along with a crew. They removed all the carpet in our rec room and removed all the wood baseboard and trim, cut out 50’ of drywall 18” high around the room. Jason said they would work with contractors to finish the job. Called Jason 3 times never returned our calls been a month now. They are nothing but a demolition contractor. Would never recommend them. I’m now looking for a contractor to fix the mess they made.

I would definitely recommend working with this company. Jason Roberts, the project manager, was great. Communication was prompt and detailed. I appreciated their willingness to work with me via text messages , photos and phone calls. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they made sure that I was happy with the work. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone in the area who is having mold or water mitigation issues. I normally don't do reviews, but my husband and I were super happy with the speed and quality of the work. The technicians were friendly and informative.
