Mohr Air Conditioning is a corporation that was formed from a sole proprietorship, Mohr Heating and Air Conditioning, which was founded in 1968. The new corporation was formed when the son of the owner joined the business to form the corporation. The primary focus of our company has been replacement, service repair, new installation and maintenance for both commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

They was all very nice and helpful from the first phone call to Joe Mohr that sold me my unit everything was explained on each unit and the unit I chose. The installers Brandon are professional at their job they done a wonderful job was here when they said they would be,left everything clean. Answered all my questions i had .Was so very nice and polite I highly recommend mohr to others

Brandon came on Saturday to access the situation for me and gave me all of the options. I felt that he was truly trying to help and not just make a sale. Brett was incredibly helpful in sharing the options for a new system as well as walking me through my options for financing. Then Charles, Brandon, and Jessica worked all day, even in the rain, to make sure I had air as quickly as possible. They were kind and respectful, and I’ll definitely be recommending Mohr to everyone I know!

December 2019/ This was my first experience with Mohr.
Jessica took my call on Tuesday afternoon and Katy called me back on Wednesday morning to provide the tech’s approximate time of arrival. They were both professional and courteous. Mohr was able to schedule a tech to come out next day even though my problem wasn’t an emergency.
Justin was the technician assigned to my service request. He was outstanding in presentation and proficient in his work. He kept me informed at every stage of his evaluation of our system and shared recommendations without being overbearing or pushy.
Our expectations

Justin, the technician, came out in the time frame that the receptionist said he would be there. He was very polite, and courteous. He explained to me what he was doing and provided options for potential solutions to our problem and made wise recommendations. I really felt he was trying to help and not just do a job. We definitely will be calling MOHR again.
