I am very satisfied with The Trane heat pump & with the installation & service from Stedfast Heat & Air. I would recommend both of them to anyone. Stedfast Heat & Air is a Great Company. Owner Mike Love a very fine Christian man. He is a member of my church. Paul Griffin (salesman) is very knowledgeable courteous and good at explaining everything.
If you could see an accident before it happened, wouldn't you want to prevent it? Well, you can. Proper maintenance can foresee trouble within your comfort system long before they become a serious, emergency situation. Equipment that hasn't been properly serviced tends to be less energy efficient and can work significantly harder.

I used them this past summer when my air would not come on. I called around to see who would come first. They did. Their prices were fair and they completed it in a timely manner. I had to call them again bc my unit will not come on. I was able to get a same-day appointment. I will end up having to get a replacement thermostat as mine is ancient and starting to go out. My 1997 unit is still working though!

This is, I think, the first time my heating maintenance check was just before the season! I appreciate that! The prior times, were well into the season or after. That went for my AC as well. I hope all future checks will be before I have to use it. Service guy was efficient and polite.

Steadfast has excellent service! Our air went out during the night. I called Steadfast at 1:00 A.M expecting to leave a message. To my surprise a very friendly and helpful agent answered my call. She took my information and advised someone would contact me later in the morning. Again to my surprise, a Technician called me at 7:00 A.M. and arrived at my home by 7:30 A.M. He was very polite and professional. He quickly identified the issue and had my issue resolved within an hour. Awesome Job Steadfast!!

The technicians arrived 30 minutes early to the scheduled appointment when I was not home, leaving a note to reschedule a later date on my front door. They tried to reschedule for the following day, but I told them I already rescheduled work to be on time for their visit today. They were also unwilling to come back out today to correct their error. I will be finding ac services elsewhere. It is disheartening working with a company that does not respect time and show understanding that people have commitments to their own jobs as well.
