BARE Renovations is truly incredible. Richard and his team are absolute lifesavers. He's done a friend's apartment too, which was a pretty different style -- modern industrial condo versus classic pre-war -- true versatile experts! Plus my apt hadn't been touched since the 1950s - needed a whole new electrical system, through-wall heater/ac units, etc. They rescued me after the horrific contractor I initially hired disappeared.
Richard and his team were very communicative and responsive - which was so helpful and reassuring while working long hours myself. Made things a lot easier. They were thoughtful

We are new homeowners, and we had a great experience working with Rich and his team on our remodeling projects. Not only did we remodel four bathrooms, but we also had projects like installing a kitchen hood, speaker system, and kitchen cabinet for trash. We were happy with the results--the tiling work was particularly excellent--but more importantly, we were happy with the process! They were professional and fair, and always easy to reach. They took feedback very easily and answered all our questions. In our case, we hired our own interior designer, and Rich's team was able to coordinate everything
