Cunningham offers professionally installed chain drive, screw drive and belt drive garage door openers. Our trained technicians will even oil and adjust your existing door when they install an opener. You can count on the job being done right by a Cunningham employee. We never use sub-contractors. All of our 1/2 HP models come standard with a Lifetime Motor Warranty and a three-button transmitter (handy for garages with more than one door).
Entry doors and patio doors are offered in both fiberglass and steel. You can choose the factory finished designer paint or stain colors, aluminum clad jambs and decorative hardware that best compliment your home. You can have one color on the outside and another color on the inside. You can even have one side stained and the other side painted.
From sliding and swinging patio doors to wood and fiberglass entry doors, matching stationary panels, sidelites and transoms, Kolbe entry doors has your entrance system. For larger entry door openings Kolbe also offers the Lift & Slide Door System and the Folding Door System. Both allow you to slide the door out of the way for an unobstructed view to the exterior.

The Cunninghams installed our three garage doors when we built our house 25 years ago. While these doors have had heavy use over the years with extremely infrequent issues, Cunningham has always been very prompt and professional when their service was required. Had their technician out recently who diagnosed almost immediately an unusually loud noise each time I closed our largest door. He was obviously very experienced and rectified the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend this family-owned company!

Called Cunningham Door as I had used them previously for garage door repair. Door would not open and this was the day after Thanksgiving, so I did not expect to get a technician that day. Talked to Chuck who assigned Technician Tim. He arrived 10 minutes after I had talked to Chuck. He diagnosed the problem immediately (broken spring) and made the repair in a timely manner. I asked if I he thought I should replace the door opener which was pretty old. He said it was a good model, and I should wait until I had problems with it. Saved me at least $400+ (cost of basic new model). I'll call Cunningham

Nowadays getting quick and reliable service for an emergency repair is more rare than finding a 'unicorn'. Fortunately for us when we called Cunningham to fix our dysfunctional garage door before leaving for vacation they were able to send out a technician within 48 hours. Our technician was excellent- prompt, thorough and friendly. Amazing service from Cunningham's!

I was so pleased that Cunningham was able to repair my almost 30 year old door opener. Very prompt service. Technician arrived at designated time and quickly accessed the problem. Since Cunningham’s built & installed our door back in 2003, when we found our car stranded in our garage with the door totally inoperable, both electrically & manually, I called to get help! My call was handled courteously and professionally & emergency service would be supplied later that day. The technician arrived for this ‘added on job’ in the late afternoon, in a good mood and diagnosed and made needed repairs in record time, at least it felt that way to me, considering the complexity of the repairs needed. Original installation was 12 weeks out. We got it in 3 days. Galen installed the door today and I have rarely seen anyone work as consistently as he did. Not only was he deliberate in installing the door, he was neat, polite, and cleaned areas that he did not mess up. When finished, he went through a detailed explanation of what we had, how it worked, and how to make changes. Over all an excellent job!
