I paid $1200 for windows that I never received. 2 guys from the company came out to measure the windows and when it came time to install I was told the measurements were wrong. I have no windows nor a refund. I was told I would get a refund but that has yet to happen. I’ve left messages and texts but no response.
Update so after calling my bank, leaving a negative review, contacting the FTC and the BBB I was finally able to get the situation resolved. I do not believe I should have had to go through all of that. I was also told I didn’t have to get a refund because no other company would have

From the moment he stepped through our door, John was the most helpful, amazing person. He talked up his products and we even went to a couple of different places to check what they said. John was right!
He kept us updated on the progress and was available whenever we (read: I) had questions. He even told us that we could check out the products before we had them installed.
The install guys were amazing and quick. 6 windows and 3 doors took them a little over four hours and everything is even and looks amazing.
I highly recommend this business. A little more money definitely goes a long way

Window Depot installed 3 new doors and we are very pleased - Sliding Glass Door, Storm Door and Front Entry Door. We were treated with the utmost respect and the installers were respectful with our property and cleaned up after they were complete.

Window depot is very affordable and professional company willing to work with whatever u need. Windows are very well crafted and Installation team was very on point with there job and makin sure to leave a clean house after there project and in a timely manner. If I could give six stars I would,made windows buying easier than I thought it could be zero stress, window depot is the only company to go with for window. 👍😊
