I had permanent eyeliner done top and bottom one week ago with RJ. He did an awesome job, and it was much less painful than expected, and I am very happy with the results! One less thing to have to do each day! The salon is beautiful, easy to get to. RJ explains everything step by step, very professional and thorough!
