Good face to face experience, happy with the car now, required much more additional investment than expected for the amount of money paid. Will not be a repeat buyer.
Update: 10/11/2020 Put 2,500 miles on this car (Total of 12K), car making a throbbing sound on the highway,, thought it was a front bearing. Turns out the issue was not bearings, but after Ford had the car for a week, they discovered the issue was 3 of the 4 tires had a flat spot. So add another $1,200.

The worst!!! They are a Ford Dealership; correct? Yet on the two occasions I have used them they can't seem to do anything...no we don't do that you're goi g to have to take it somewhere else. This dealership once great has become "the worst." And they wonder why their sales are down. I'll never buy an American car again.
