Terrible, took 5 weeks to get my car in waiting for a rental to be available, they did not fix half the issues I brought it in for. Took a week to repair warranty issues that should have been a one-day job. LEFT MY HOOD OPEN. GOD WAS WITH ME THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY SAFELY. THE HOOD COULD HAVE BLOWN UP SMASHED MY WINDSHIELD AND KILLED SOMEONE! I will not go there for service again.

I bought a car a few weeks back and it was nothing but an excellent process. My salesman John was polite, and did not attempt pushing me into something I wasn't comfortable doing. Ariel came out and gave me a great deal, he also explained everything so there were no hidden fees. Finally Michael made the signing and finance part quick and got me a great deal on a warranty. I was in and out of the dealership and it was overall an outstanding experience.

Hard to believe that there are so many positive reviews with this dealership. I shouldn't paint a broad brush with all the personnel at this dealership. I just had a poor experience with the parts department. After talking to a parts person that told me he needed a Vin # to look part up. I was told that Manchester Nissan
had the parts in question. Went out to Manchester Nissan who were nice enough to have them ready to go. No problems till I got home and found out that they were not the right parts. Went into Torrington Nissan that had told me that the correct parts were in Manchester; looking

The service guy was very pleasant and inviting. He was friendly and always let me know what was going on. The snacks and drinks were great to help my two children surpass the time quicker. My children enjoyed seeing our car get worked on while we were waiting. Very clean inside and plenty of areas to sit.
