Called to ask about a repair on one of the panels in my system because the company that installed the system is no longer in business. The guy I spoke with was disrespectful and totally dismissive. Would be careful about working with this company as repairing one panel isn’t worth their time as I was told.

Titan Solar was the installer and they were able to complete the project well before the average time frame of 4-6 weeks. The communication throughout was thorough and clear. Almost a year now and Solar has not offset my APS bill as it was promised. Now I have two bills, Solar and APS, and paying same or more at times as i did before. Tax credit is not as it was stated in the initial process, its way less. I cant get an explanation from of why I'm still overpaying

Jason Hasting was our solar consultant. Jason knocked on our door and was relatively brief and informative. We let him inside and listened to the information he was presenting. Jason was very professional and I never felt like we were being forced to watch a sales pitch. He spoke of only the facts and politely let us know what our options are.
