It acts the same as a moisturizer does on your skin; absorbing into the asphalt and softening it, making it more pliable and flexible. The process will add 5 to 15 years to the life of your asphalt shingle roof.

I don’t normally take the time to do reviews but I was super cautious about getting anything done to my roof because I’ve had bad experiences in the past and this company took my concerns seriously and answered all of my questions and communicated with me the whole time. I own a rental property with a shingle roof and I've had a few leaks. I've had a number of roofers give me estimates for a new roof, and their prices were always too high for my budget.
