Ratliff installed a new roof and gutters on a house we had just purchased. Mike (owner) was very easy to work with, making multiple trips out to discuss the job, provide samples, etc. He provided a straightforward estimate, and stuck to the numbers even when we asked for minor changes after the fact (no extra billing)! Work crews were diligent, timely, professional, and polite. Mike stopped by every day to ensure everything was going well and that we were happy. Exceptionally poor services and communication. After one repair, the man who did the job tried to get my husband to pay in cash on the spot, and when my husband refused he said to him that the company would bill us for 300 when he was only asking for 100 on the spot. Super sketchy and unprofessional. This was after we already had multiple issues with this company. When my husband tried to call Mike to tell him about it, he never returned his call (which was par for the course by that point).

I called Ratliff to help out an elderly friend of mine. Ratliff was more than willing to complete a small job, and even do a small job that wasn't typically something they do. I would highly recommend Ratliff Enterprises. Mike and his crew took down and put on a whole new roof for me. They were professional, efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything as they went and put on a really nice, solid roof for me! I would not go anywhere else for my roofing and or guttering needs!
