We had a serious flood in our house from one of the pipes breaking. The insurance company recommended Sunnyside construction. We use them and we are very happy. The house looks brand new. We had them install vinyl planking for our floors and I have never seen such an excellent job done. The gentleman who did the floors was just phenomenal. The cabinets are newly replaced and look absolutely gorgeous. Anytime that I have had a problem with anything Sunnyside has been very responsive to me. I would recommend Sunnyside for insurance claims or just remodeling anytime. Again very very happy with their

Called and asked about job opportunities with them and the guy who answered apparently named Steve said “No no no no bye!” And hung up on me. What’s up with that?
*Adding this in after seeing owners response, apparently asking if you hire workers without experience will get you a rude attitude and hung up on then called unprofessional by the owner for a poor review, very professional on your end. I was 19 at the time just trying to find a job, now as a full time real estate agent in the city of Yuma expect me to share your childish behavior with clients and other local real estate agents

Sunnyside was recommended to me and I couldn't be more disappointed. Was told that it would be 250-500$ to get a quote. After hounding the guy for a week finally sit down to a quote that is exorbitantly high, inaccurate and to top it off they wouldn't give me a copy of it in paper. Was told their pricing was "proprietary, and they didn't want anyone else to know their pricing." When I told them I had paid for this, he said that was only for his time and I was not entitled to a copy??

Do NOT do business with this company! They "promised" an estimate for over a month but never followed through. They said they had to talk to our insurance adjuster before giving an estimate. Our adjuster said to just get an estimate and that he did not need to get involved. We were caught in the middle. They would not respond to our numerous requests for help. Horrible service and the owner is very rude. I think they are just playing the insurance game.

Our home looked remodeled after Sunnyside came in. They added a doggie door to a wall, installed carpet and tiled our shower. Everything was done top notch. I highly recommend any service from Sunnyside, they were very professional and eager to to give their expert advice. Amazing job Sunnyside!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Steve Showed up on time. Seemed very professional. We showed a pic of an enclosed porch w electric fireplace. He asked us what We thought it would cost (um hello I did call him for an estimate). When We told him what We hoped it would cost, there was quite a bit of chatter about how incredibly far off we were but no info about how much it would actually BE.
Then he suggested that since I’m good at research...
(I told him I had researched his company to find it was woman and minority owned, and that I had some construction experience and looked forward to working with a minority and female owned

Wish I could give negative stars!!!
Had a quote performed yesterday and the gentleman told me he can afford to turn down work! What great customer service... Not..
I know what I want and he obviously had a problem providing what the customer requested. He didn't even know my budget. Plus he wanted to exit my house from my side fence without coming back through the house. Very disrespectful and rude!

This is my second post about my remodel. I had my kitchen remodeled and I love the results. As I stated before the work was very professional. The quality was excellent. Ok, let me be very straight on this review. I never got a chance to see how they really work since they never showed back up. After the first appt. ..which the owner was late an hour, he was suppose to drop of samples of cabinets and he never did. So much for needing work... I say skip this company...and go with Romans remodeling company.
