What can I say about Conrad’s? These guys are the best! They picked up my pool construction where American Pools left off, and had everything done in 6 weeks. Our grandkids came from Illinois for Christmas and were able to swim in our newly finished pool. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. If you need a pool contact Conrad’s…they are professional, punctual, and polite. Couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you to the whole crew, and a special thank you to both Conrad and Esmeralda. Called and spoke to Esmeralda 10 days ago, she said she would put a work order in. Still no response from the company or her. Now I know why Pentair doesn't want your company to touch their pumps. I now will be calling Pentair myself and have them come out. what good is a warranty if your company can't even answer the phone to have someone come out and look at our pump. Horrible Company, and as for Esmeralda, she needs some social cues on how to deal with the public.

Conrad came looked at it and said his guys would be over the next day. I missed work waiting for them, I called him he said they would be there the next day and they never showed up. I called him he never answered my calls. I called the office spoke with the receptionist and took my information and they never bothered returning my call.
CONRAD if you don't want to do the job just tell people instead of wasting our time. I personally think he just came to see my pool to get construction ideas. I guess he is only frying big fish now.

Had Conrad build my pool in a brand new construction. Him, Esmeralda, the admin people and the builders were all very professional and easy going. Conrad todo the time to personally meet with me more than once. Had absolutely no issues and love my pool.

Conrad is working 7 days a week and might be over committed. It took longer than expected to get my pool finish but the outcome was worth the wait. I would give five stars if it wouldn’t have taken so long to complete. Everything I wanted and friendly staff. Rudy and his partner Coberto who both work for Conrad pools did the waterfall for my pool. Amazing attention to detail and all around professionals!

Esmeralda was easy to work with from start to finish, as I made several changes along the way. This may be why it took a little longer than expected. I like the quality of the work they performed. Also they came back after finishing the pool to pour and finish a little concrete work to extend my Lani.

Esmeralda was an amazing person to work with, from Conrad’s Pool. She is very professional and always helpful in answering my questions and concerns. She took the time in explaining my decisions on picking my tile. Helped me with the way I wanted my water color to look. That was a big decision for me. My pool came out fabulous, I’m very satisfied with the outcome. However it did take a little bit longer than normal, due to the COVID-19..

If I could post zero stars I would. Conrad started our pool July 2018 and he is still not done. He's had to do everything twice from pool deck, acid wash, and patio. He workers have no respect for home owners. His workers broke our personal equipment, stole our tools, and peed in our back yard. Conrad will talk a big game but he is unable to deliver. His communication stills lack deeply and his workers need to be able to communicate the homeowners. My husband and I spent a very larger amount of money on this pool and received very poor craftmanship. I would never recommend this company to anyone
