We had used Septic Solutions several years ago (too long ago as it turns out) and they came out today to pump and repair our septic tank after a backup. They went the extra mile to get out to us quickly, they arrived on time, performed the work. I was having Issues with downstairs bathroom tub draining really slow.

There may be septic companies out there that are as good, but I can't see how they could be better than these folks.

I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot plunger.
Septic Solutions did a great job 12 years ago (2009) when we had a septic issue. The ended up digging a portion of the yard, repairing field lines, and correcting an issue caused by the previous home owner. Total cost of about $3,000. Money well spent. Original invoices included in photos for proof of service.
Fast forward to this recent week (May 2021), when we had an issue and needed the septic tank serviced and pumped (normal maintenance), but were still having an issue after that. Septic Solutions came out, and was very abrasive, to the point

I had septic Solution to install a new septic tank and it had never worked since the installation. They had me to pull a report from the water company also get another soil test done. When the soil specialist came out he inform me that they should have never put the system where it is located now. They have not made good on their promises. I paid in good faith. Then the specialist I had to pay additional fee for him to come out perform the test which should have initially been done. This company does not back their work. Then they work Carroll County environmental department. Bad business all around

Schedule an appointment. Was given a time block. Called the day of my appointment and was told that they don't give times. This is not too much of an issue but when I requested around what time should I expect someone to be there and I was told again that they don't give times. Then I was told, "if you want to go with somebody else you can." Never I have I ever been told by a company this before. Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and he seemed unbothered.

About 3 weeks ago, we had our tank pumped and got a email stating everything was warrantied since we had a filter replaced too. So today, I notice waste gurgling up from my sink so I go look at where the dug it up and there is a hole. The hole also has water rushing from it with the smell of a just opened tank. So, I called, spoke to a guy who cut a me off to say. Look I can't help you the business office is closed today... I respond with... Ok well the business phone was answered so I assumed the business was operational. So I asked what could he do for me on a Sunday and he tells me. "Nothing

I called on a Thursday evening and they were out at our house the next morning! Super fast service and extremely kind. I actually had a wonderful time watching Steve work and talking with him. He carefully explained everything and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend septic solutions!

If I could give this company a 0 or a negative rating, I would. My mother scheduled an appointment with Septic Solutions, Inc (SS). earlier this month. We got back home and SS was already in our yard, digging the hole to start services without our permission.
Moving forward, I step outside when I hear my mother talking to the owner about them not being able to turn the water (on the outside of the house) off; which at this point was spouting out of the faucet. Keep in mind, the faucet was fine before hand.
