We take pride in providing dependable, quality service for competitive, reasonable prices with NO hidden charges. Services provided include septic tank pumping, repair and installation as well as field line installation and repair.

We had a septic tank issue and needed our tank pumped right away. We called Samples and they were able to schedule us for same day service without charging an emergency fee! They were at our house in just over an hour and were able to remove the clog and pump the tank in just a short time. The gentleman was friendly, respectful and answered all of my questions. Definitely would use them again and recommend to others!

I had a great experience with Samples Septic today. Levi and partner were both top notice. They got here in 5 hours after my initial call to the company and were done in 1.5 hours with a job that had already been walked away from by another company because the tank was under my sidewalk. They fixed my problem and did great clean up of area after plus explained in detail everything they did.
The price was very reasonable and they live up to their motto of "pumping out tanks not wallets". Great company I highly recommend.

We thought we needed our field lines redone. Levi was SO informative and laid out all the possibilities and all the costs. He also gave us lots of advice on how to conserve water in order to avoid costly work on our septic system (basically how to not need to pay him a bunch of money). They pumped the tank and left us feeling much more confident in how to take care of our septic system. 100% will use them in the future!!!

We were very pleased with how quickly Samples Septic came and helped fix our septic tank. Scheduling was quick and they were at our home faster than any other company could have been. I had to get their help again and felt the need to update my review.
Let me tell y'all... These guys go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Vickie was so helpful with scheduling. Stan and Levi are very nice and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They've been over so many times to help me get to the bottom of the issues, I've lost track of the exact timeline. Stan busted butt working over here more than once. It all started when I had them come out for a routine pumping which then turned into a new T drain being put in and outlet repair. We thought we had the problem solved

Sample Septic was very helpful, professional, and all around great to work with. We recently purchased our new home back in February. The previous home owner and the county could not locate our current septic drawing. Levi helped us obtain a septic scope and coordinated the local power utility to come out to locate any electrical wires buried near our septic tank. Once the septic was located, we schedule a day for them to come out, dig down to the septic lid, and pump the septic. They also installed a new septic lid for us and a riser so we would be able to access our septic lid in the future.

I was out of town and my son called and said that the septic tank alarm was going off....I have to admit I panicked, all I could see was backup all in my house....I know, I'm a bit extreme...so the very next morning I called the company my husband had used and they couldn't get to me until next week....well that's a no go....the last time I had a problem my husband was still alive so now it's up to me.....so I went on the Nextdoor app and asked around....as you can imagine I got lots of recommendations....but one of the first ones was Samples Septic....but of course I called

Had Smaples Septic come out to pump my septic tank and fix a sump pump $900 total. Then he had the audacity to be the defendants witness and testify against us when we had to file suit against the seller that sold the house with a defective septic system. Resulting is our lose (spent over 11K fixing our house 6 months after we move in).

I don't know about you but you would think that an ethical business would defend his clients over his personal friends. He also tried to pick a fight with me while waiting to give his statement.
