We had this done about 14 months ago and were taken. The job wasn't completed.
Called One Way Septic and they completed the job to where you can see that it was cleaned out.
Told us that had another issue and gave us the option to complete it. We chose to do it. No pressure from anyone.

Prompt, affordable and knew their trade well. Cleaned the septic tank, ran a camera down the line to inspect the system and put it all back. My only minor concern was they slightly chipped the tank in removing the lid but it was efficient and very courteous.

One Way septic came out to pump my septic tank and clean/vacuum my field lines. I had failed to do the normal 3-5 year maintenance on my septic system and all my drains and toilets were gurgling while the shower was being used this morning. I called as soon as they opened and fortunately for me they had a cancellation. They were at my house within an hour after I called; got everything cleaned out to like new condition and got me back to normal in no time. I highly recommend One Way septic.

Absolutely love One Way Septic! They answered the phone on Christmas Day when we had sewage filling a bathroom out of the toliet and tub. Scheduled a visit as soon as possible for Monday morning. Tech was on time, extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable. The follow up invoice had a detailed explanation of the work with pictures that aided in understanding the issue. Also, they explained every item that may have caused the price to change and asked for approval before deviating from the work plan. One of the single best trades experiences that I've ever had anywhere in the U.S.

The issue was about the septic fields. Before anything was done. The owner of the company answer my email the next day (Monday).
They used an inspection camera and mapped out the entire system. Using probes testing soil condition. Discussed a number of options and fixed cost. The folks where Outstanding, prompt and respected the property. I tried a few other other companies, Disaster!! dishonest, wouldn't returns calls. Moreover, they would schedule service call. And not show or call. Seriously, Born and raised in Brooklyn, straight forward and believe if do do a --ity job I''l post that!! On

My septic system backed up and One Way was onsite within 90 minutes. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my septic system. I liked the fact they had great technology for estimates/invoices. They were 💯 focused on customer experience and making sure I got the most bang for my buck. Highly recommend this group!

Mr. Mike and his partner provided excellent services. They were very knowledgeable of their job and taught me a lot in that short time. The technology they used to locate the septic tank was awesome.
Our tank was old and Mr. Mike knew exactly what it would look like according to the age of the home prior to locating the tank. We had a few issues going on but he was able to identify each and every problem.
I give these guys a #20 on a scale of 1-10
