They do provide a good service, but the advertised price is a joke. Inevitably they will need to use a longer hose, and they charged me $70 just for using 'extra hoses.' Total cost was $817 plus a few cents.
The guy that came out was pleasant, but I'll use a different service next time that doesn't break down charges like a medical service. YMMV.

The good, called when they were going to be late. Said pumping starts at 150.00, and can be up to 500.00. Expected 300-400. Fixed issue,
The bad, Told me T Baffle I had was installed with too long a pipe that went to bottom of tank, causing sewage to enter T Baffle and field lines. Made sense, agreed to price thinking it would be major ordeal and they would have to bust out old one, probably a couple hours. 10 minutes, old one out, a new T Baffle and another piece of PVC that was placed in field line to connect T Baffle to drain line, was installed. Couldn't have been more than 75.00 total

Critical: Professionalism
He drove thu the front yard past my front door too do the job! He left ruts in the yard with all the way to the other side of the house so he would only have too use one line. I know my yard wouldn't win any awards but I didn't call him to be treated like this or my property to be damaged.

Whatever you do, I would NOT use Ray's Septic!!! We had water backing up into our drains in December 2015. We had Ray's come and pump the tank, they were suppose to inspect the tank, as most Septic companies do when they pump. They did not inspect anything! In fact, they didn't even pump everything out! They pumped it from a small crack that was covered by another SMALL stone, they didn't even remove the whole lid or attempt to find the main cover! They told us they couldn't get to the main cover because it was under our deck. They were barely here for 10 minutes, they requested their payment and
