Aquetrim Gutters

We had Aquetrim install new gutters and downspouts for us in September and I waited until we got through some significant rains before posting a review. Robert was the only bidder to actually go up on the roof. In doing so he pointed out some issues not related to his work. This gave me a lot of confidence knowing that he would do a great job. When they actually did the work it was even more involved than he had originally thought but he did the work without asking for any additional costs. Everything worked perfect through the big storms that we have gotten so far this year and I am pleased

Robert responded to my call. I needed gutters, stat! I was in the middle of my remodel and the roof was not installed correctly causing the fascia boards and roof rafters to rot. Robert knew how to correct the problem so that he could install new gutters and downspouts.

Robert gave me a quote and gave me a color chart to select what I wanted for the gutters and downspouts. This was a particularly busy time, but somehow he managed not only to give me a quote, give me a referral for the roof repair, get the gutters and downspouts ordered and installed faster than I expected. Way beyond!

Robert is a true gem! I have worked with a ton of contractors and he stands out as the best. He is a true expert in the field and honest about what is best for his customers. For example, none of the contractors checked out the roof to make sure there were no issues with the gutter installation. Except for Robert of course. A six-star professional!

We got three estimates, and Aquetrim's was the most reasonable for the quality and materials that we were seeking. Robert was great. I was having some nasty, firehose into the house problems and thought I needed a whole new gutter system. Well, Robert set me straight. Just a simple tune-up was all that was required and some leaf screens. He reminded me, "never do more than it takes to fix the problem". He probably saved me a ton, and did a great job.

Only downside was he was the last of 5 services to contact me, so I had already scheduled some others. But, he was the first out to the property.

Robert showed up at the appointment time and although not being able to make the deal he gave me important information on what to purchase and what need to be done. With his helps it save me a lot of issues if I do that myself. Thank you Robert!

Aquetrim Gutter replaced my 40 year old rusting and leaking gutter and did a terrific job. The quote was the reasonable which included gutter guard install.

What I appreciate most is that the owner and his son worked on the project. With bigger companies the workers are hired help and they may not always take pride in their work. I like the fact that the Aquetrim Gutter was able to work on the job with a verbal agreement over the phone and no documentation to sign. As a matter of fact, I didn't even meet Robert until the job was finished.

After 20 years, i had thought it might be time to replace our gutters, but Robert was able to clean, repair and reseal our existing ones for a fraction of the price. In addition, he gave me great feedback on the condition of our roof and suggestions on repair v. replace; much appreciated!

This team did a great job on my gutter repair. I was really concerned when my existing gutters starting pulling away from the eaves on the second floor. In just a few hours, they were able to reattached my gutters ( and remove the duct tape I used to keep them in place). They have reasonable prices and do their best to squeeze you in when you have a problem. Awesome job!

The owner is very honest. We didn't do the job after he visited two times. And He suggested to fix the roof first.
Definitely will call he again if I have any gutters issue.
