Sunshine Gutters did a fantastic job! They are prompt, professional and considerate of their customers needs. We were extremely pleased with their service from the very beginning. It was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team including Jorge, who is extremely knowledgeable and provided a very reasonable estimate and timely follow-up and Naim and his hard-working crew who were respectful, trustworthy and completed the job on-time.

Zero stars. Stay away! It took me 5 phone calls and 5 emails to get them to fix the damage they caused to my house. They were very slow to schedule to repair it and then cancelled. I had to keep calling and emailing. They mistakenly included an internal email back to me saying I was "crazy". Oops. Awkward. Find some other company that is more professional and won't damage your house. Never again.

Our gutters were starting to pull away from the house and we needed to get them replaced before the rainy season. We called Sunshine Gutters and they were super responsive. We had a quote that was very reasonable within a week and and an install date a few weeks later. It turned out to be just in time because the first storm of the year arrived a couple days later. Let me just say that the gutters held up wonderfully.
The installation was seamless, the installers were friendly and professional, and the owner even stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly for us.

The rain gutter on my house was leaking, I contacted Sunshine Gutters and within two days they came out. It turned out that only one downspout was clogged.
Nir Hadari evaluated all the gutters, cleared the one spout and didn't charge me for the service. Next time I need any rain gutter work I will definitely call Sunshine Gutters.

What a great experience!
The sales person, Jorge, was excellent. He was so friendly and efficient. He was one of the main reasons I went with Sunshine. The price I eventually paid was exactly as proposed. The installation crew, led by Alejandro, were also very good. They did a great job. They cleaned up when they left leaving the place spotless.

I had a very good experience with Sunshine Gutters. Their response was quick, their estimator was low-key and knowledgeable. I had one section of leaking gutter which they replaced with an excellent match to the rest of my gutters. They cleaned the whole system and replaced my worn plastic gutter guards with new stainless steel mesh guards. Their installers were efficient and left my roof nice and clean. The install took only a few hours. They weren't cheap but I felt that they were worth the price. Now I feel ready for the next atmospheric river.

Front office Carol was quite responsive and estimator came out within a couple of days. But I didn't get their written estimate until 10 days later and it was also over70% more than what he thought it would cost. He tried to nickel and dime me and padded the estimate by including every nuts and bolts at inflated costs to justify the higher number. Also required a deposit before work and I saw some reviews that said after paying the deposit, the reviewers had difficult time scheduling the work. The written estimate was also not competitive at all.

Nice, professional family run business. They went out of their way to help unclog a French drain as a courtesy in addition to fulfilling the terms of our agreement.
The owner, his son (apprenticing) and a technician, Juan I think, were all easy to communicate with, explained their process step by step and really dig a great job. I feel like we got our money's worth.
We will definitely use this company again.

I met the project manager in-person and explained the custom gutter I was asking for. I showed him an example and gave him a drawing. He said they could do it. Great! Then Sunshine strung me along for a month during the rainy season, took my deposit, and then ... they said they cannot make the gutter! This came after I explained in person and sent 4 emails with photos and drawings setting out my request for a custom gutter. This was a very bad customer experience and I recommend not using Sunshine. If you can't make a custom gutter just say that at the beginning! Now I have to start

Sunshine Gutters came to do a yearly cleaning of my gutters on a mid size, 2 story duplex, and detached garage. It was my first time employing them. I will not use them again. I was told that the cleaning would take 2 hours. They were gone in 30 minutes before I had time to get to the property. I am not sure what they did in such a short amount of time, but I got charged $335 for the visit which seems extremely high to me, based on my experience with other gutter cleaners in previous years.

My appointment time was 1-3pm, so I was home between 1 and 3 pm -- no one from Sunshine called, much less arrived. At 3pm, I get a call from Sunshine. The representative reminded me the appointment time was 1-3pm, and I reminded him that I had been home between 1 and 3; now, it being 3pm, I asked if Sunshine was inconsiderate or unprofessional?

The gutter guards were not offered as an upgrade or in any way suggested that they were separate and at additional cost. Repeated emails to resolve the issue went unanswered. I finally got a call back. The owner admitted that the pictures on the contract include gutter guards and there's no obvious reason to expect them to be

Well Juan is 51 minutes late because he can't find my house. He kept putting in the wrong address in his maps app. My husband and I have had over 30 contractors come to our house in the last few months and everyone but this guy has been able to find it. I'll update this again once he actually arrives and gives us a quote.
