Silvio Dobrovat and his team at Hometelligent just finished completely remodeling our bathrooms. Their work was first rate and at a reasonable cost. They cleaned up after themselves every day, making it easy for us to live at home during the remodeling. The crew were friendly, respectful, and kept us informed of any issues that were unexpected. They showed up every day and on time. We've remodeled 8 homes over the past 35 years. Silvio and his crew were the very best we have worked with.

We contracted with Silvio Dobrovat to replace the failing exterior staircase from the street down to our house and a hillside retaining wall. Silvio was prompt in providing a reasonable, detailed bid. Once the work started, his crew was fast, efficient, and friendly. The finished work looks great. We are very pleased have received compliments from our neighbors.

I had the good fortune to meet Silvio from Hometelligent on a residential project in Albany, where I was the owner's PM. Since that time, I have used Hometelligent on two projects of my own. One project was my mother's bathroom remodel, where Silvio dropped everything to knock out a gorgeous ADA bath before she came home from rehab, and another was her deck. The work was done quickly, respectfully and reasonably, and the quality high. I would work with him again in a hot minute.

We have used Silvio on a previous bath remodel and were very pleased, so when it came time to open up our small kitchen we called him again. Silvio had some great design plans that he suggested and we adopted. Our job, removing a bearing wall, and installing a 20 foot beam that required two large footings, was extensive. Structural calculations were required, as well as the architectural drawings. The architect, through no fault of Silvio, took a great deal of time to complete the drawings and obtain the permit. We hired Hometelligent to replace siding that was bowing on our house. It was not clear if it was caused by external water damage or a bigger framing issue. Silvio and Marius were very professional and responsive. They explained their findings clearly and provided suggestions on the best way to rectify the issue. Silvio and his team built an incredible addition to our home. We replaced an old rickety redwood deck with an awesome deck that included a full outdoor kitchen, fire pit , and pavers for the deck surface. Needless to say this was a complicated project and Silvio and his team provers to be up to the task. Providing creative solutions to the inevitable situations that arise and being honest and forthright in all things. I would certainly hire Silvio and his team again. Silvio and his team from Hometelligent have completed (2) projects for me and they did a fantastic job on both. Work included a high end 1800 sq ft deck with Ipe decking and glass railings, as well as a full outdoor kitchen, at my home. The second project was kitchen buildout inside our office building. The knowledge and superior craftsmanship and attention to detail were unmatched. I could not be happier with the outcome. And they were extremely thoughtful and respectful while working.
