East Bay Reno had been highly recommended to me by my realtor Mike Jones. Contacted Eric and he came over to discuss the project.
His crew came and it was a well orchestrated dance of activity. Each person knew his job and before I knew it the room was sealed off and demo had begun. It went very quickly.
There were a few surprises and thanks to Eric's connections we were able to get supplies same day rather than waiting five days. A huge win.
All workers wore masks. Cleaning up was continuous and they left the place spotless.
I'm going to have them come back to do another project

I hired Eric to paint the interior and exterior of our whole house renovation, in hopes of follow on work if he performed. Shortly into the project after taking a large deposit to purchase paint, he walked off the job and never delivered the paint. The CSLB was contacted and we recovered some of the payment through his bond company..... but not without pain. He was extremely unprofessional - beware!!

We had needed some structural, closet and bathroom fixes in our home. Found Eric via yelp and he came down to give us a quote. He was very reasonable and showed us his past work photos and videos. We contracted with him to the work. Our shower doors were broken and we requested him to do it early before starting other work. He was so kind and sent his crew next day to fix our shower doors. We loved their work. After that he had promised us to do floor leveling, structural wall changes, two bathroom upgrades and closet renovations to be completed in two weeks. His crew was fast and very very professional

East Bay Renovations gets 5 stars! We put a bid out for a kitchen remodel and to install 2200 sq of new flooring. Out of the 4 contractors, we liked the project plan and timelines proposed by Eric and his team. Renovating a home can be very stressful, however, one of the best attribute in dealing with Eric, was the responsiveness in the communication. I cannot think of 1 time I called and my call went to voicemail. He promptly answered my calls and texts messages at all times (yes even late on the weekends). This really puts you at ease when dealing with a huge project. Eric

We recently used East Bay renovations for countertop install. We called them and they came the same day. Eric was very friendly and easy to talked to. Their pricing is very reasonable. They came to do the job the next day. They work in a very clean matter. They were even aware of dust not coming in to the house. The did a very good job. We had some extra stone and they even took the time to see if you could use it for a side project. They did such a great job that we hire them to do some tile flooring installation as well. Will post picture when kitchen is all done.

Great job from these guys ,I have owned 6 homes and have done a lot of work over the years and by far east bay renovations is the best company I have ever hired, got me the permits and drawings on the house in 24 hours!!! unreal as far as getting it done quick , quality work and very fair on the cost,5stars all the way!

East Bay Renovations is a fantastic local contractor I have used in the Antioch and Pittsburg area. I have used Eric and his crew a number of times on my rental properties. He recently did a full remodel on one including the kitchen, baths, and all interior finishes. They did an amazing job, on time and within the specific budget he quoted. I will certainly continue using this company as he is a honest hands on contractor, which is hard to find these days.
