As a part of our architectural support program, we take clients through pre-construction which involves site evaluation, realistic budgeting, and value engineering. Our efforts in this project phase also includes handling interactions with local building officials, a pivotal step to expediting the planning and permit stages.

The owners are scammers who take peoples hard earned money for them selves and do not pay workers or subcontractors for months even years on end and try to intimidate them into reneging their hard earned money by threatening them with their work statuses. It's a humans Rights Code issue when hard working people have to humiliate themselves asking for the paycheck that's rightfully theirs. They purposely seek unlicensed contractors to then scam them for their personal gains.

These guys did a very poor job with our kitchen installation. Among other issues, the kick plates under the cabinets kept falling off. When I pointed this out, they "reinstalled" the kick plates by practically just balancing the plates in place with a flimsy clip. Of course the next time anything touched them they fell off again.

BUYER BE WARE
These guys don't pay their subcontractors and now there's a lien on my house!!! They stopped answering the phone and won't return messages or emails so now I'm stuck with their debt even though I paid them for the work their sub. did. I'm also filing a complaint with the CSLB, these guys should not be allowed to do business.

Paul Dawson and his crew are great. What started out as a $60,000 kitchen remodel turned into a $150,000 condo renovation that was designed and executed brilliantly. I cannot say that the project went fast or smoothly but this team worked to make it happen and the results are more than worth while. I look forward to using them again with my next remodel.

Dawson + Clinton did the remodel of my kitchen and I cant be happier. The team was always pleasant, respectful of my timing and needs, had incredible design ideas and overall increased the value of my property ten fold. The whole process was very good and they were always willing to hear out my needs and address any questions or issues I had right away. I highly recommend D+C and I would absolutely use them again.
