With San Francisco's new ordinance, we are working towards helping business owners reach compliance with the ABE ordinance. The legalization of in-law units in San Francisco has prompted us to help building owners create more living space out of garages and storage spaces. In addition to the services mentioned, we are experts at services including home remodeling, renovation projects, and more.

With the San Andreas fault line running through most of California, the Bay Area is especially prone to earthquakes due to amplified seismic activity. DBI began enforcing the Mandatory Soft Story Retrofit program to ensure that soft story buildings are reinforced to strengthen the foundations of homes and businesses.
The Accessible Business Entrance program (Ordinance 51-16) was formed to enable persons with disabilities to access goods and services offered by businesses in San Francisco. Buildings that are classified as "places of public accommodation" are required by the program to comply with the ordinance. In this program, buildings in San Francisco are divided into four categories, which determine the amount and type of work to be done.
Also known as in-law units or granny flats, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is an additional living space converted from existing storage or garage spaces. The creation of ADU's allow underutilized space in residential buildings to be used for extra living spaces. Building owners can benefit greatly from creating ADU's, including increasing income and the property value.

I am very happy with selecting SGDM to seal my exterior flashing from my bedroom window, as well as helping me with expanding my living room space.
The Mak brothers, owners and licensed contractor since 2014, was very responsive from my phone inquiry. George and his assistant Julia came the next business day to inspect my space, and provided a detailed itemized quote that was priced correctly for the work entailed.
SGDM was able to develop a level of trust quickly, and over the course of a week of work has delivered exceptional work quality.
I would use his company again. I plan to have more
