Champions Pool Repair & Services

We used Champions Pools to replace a dead light in our spa. They replaced it with a different light, didn’t get approval for the party light and after service was completed we fired them. They did say they’d come out and put the correct light in but I refused to have them touch our pool again! After the light was repaired our pool started leaking and it was discovered by pool leak specialist. JC’s Leak Detection that the spa light was never sealed! Champions Pools is incredibly unprofessional!!!!

Had my main pool pump bearing going out and it was screeching louder than a trapped cat! Due to the pandemic it was going to take me about a week to get a motor delivered on my own. I usually do my own pool repairs. I called Champions and they were able to get the motor and install it within 2 days. Did a great job!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CLEANING YOUR POOL. I was missed since the beginning. They scheduled me to come in a Tuesday for the first time. Guess what it was Saturday by the time they shown up. I called everyday to find out what happened but I was given no reasons for the miss. Well, I was like maybe the pandemic and I’m a new costumer let’s give them a break. Well I was wrong. Yesterday Tuesday the tech didn’t come to clean my pool and didn’t even call me to let me know I was going to be skip. I called today Wednesday. The lady didn’t have a reason why they didn’t come. Would not recommend this company. I called 4 days ago to inquire about cost and availability to get my pool filter cleaned. The price I was quoted was fine but was told it’ll be a few days. Well this morning I finally got a call back from them and they left a voice mail saying the pool tech was 5 mins away from my house to service it. I’m thinking really? I haven’t heard from them in 4 days and all of a sudden they’re just going to show up to my house. Didn’t call to ask if today is good or if anyone is even home today. Just assume it is and head on over I guess. I called them back and

I've just started using this company and so far, I'm very impressed. Jessica (in the office) is absolutely amazing, and the gentlemen who service my pool are incredibly professional. We got off to a rough start with a misunderstanding, but it was handled quickly and professionally. I'd recommend anyone who needs pool service to give them a call!

Jim is always helpful! And their cleaning service is awesome! They leave a door hanger letting me know everything done. Plus he's actually there cleaning my pool for at least 30 minutes. My last guy, came and ran. Gone in 10 minutes

The pool service provided by Champions is the best I ever had. I've used other pool services in the past, and was never really satisfied with them. I ended up doing my own pool for the last 2-3 years, and did a pretty good job, as good or better than the other services. At the beginning of 2018, it was a very hectic year, and I got behind in pool maintenance. The pool started looking bad at the beginning of the swim season, so I called the pool repair people I've used for years. Unfortunately, they said several of their pool maintainers had recently left and were not accepting new pool service

Look no further! Based on the previous excellent reviews online that I googled, I went ahead and called Champion Pool Repair & Service to fix our pool pump and light. I’d used other pool company before and it was no match to Champion Pool. Jim and his co-workers were prompt, professional and honest! Their service fee is also very fair. If you are reading this review, you are probably somewhat stressed due to your pool needing service or repairment, hiring this company will make things all better.
