I am pretty amazed by all the positive reviews. One of the reasons selected RTBS. Unfortunately our experience had not been as happy for us and honestly I am not into regrets… but this finally made the regret list. After nearly 10 months from signing we almost have a pool. Nope, not a complicated pool / about as simple a small rectangle as you can get. No Landscaoe package nor decking and probably why treated with such indifference and took so long. It is a pool so expected a certain amount of distraction, but from the work not because sitting months in the state it was. Their choice of subcontractors

Richards came highly recommended by a friend and we are so happy with the outcome! Mike was great working with us on the design and helping us stay within the price range that we wanted. Due to COVID we did encounter many of the delays that every other pool company is encountering at this time but our project manager Jose was amazing at keeping us informed throughout the entire process. As with any large project like this issues did arise and modifications were needed to be made here and there but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. All in all we love our pool and would highly recommend

I am writing this review specifically about our salesperson and designer Barry. We contacted RTBS last summer at the height of the pandemic and conducted most of our design sessions with the exception of choosing tile and plaster color via Zoom. Our pool was installed late Summer 2020 and as we are preparing for Summer 2021 we couldn’t be more happy with the look and design of our pool. There is just enough space to unwind, grill and gather on the decking without making the pool look small and surrounded by concrete. I cannot wait for warmer days, I am certain we will create many memories with

We bought a hot tub from Richard's. It has been a wonderful experience. Jenna sold us the hot tub and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She had constant contact with us the entire time. Now, we have this spa that we are enjoying every night. I would definately recommend Richard's to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub!

This is our second time using Richard's Total Backyard Solutions and the second time we had Jose Zepeda as project manager. We ran into a couple of snags with the decking and scheduling of the start up but nothing Jose wasn't able to take care of. The job was complete within a month and my family has able to enjoy our pool!

My husband and I went into Richards for a hot tub. We were nicely greeted by Corey. He showed us to the perfect hot tub for us. We told him we really wanted a pool. We received a call from Barry H.
