We had a new composition roof installed by Lindy Roofing Co in September 2021. The job and materials were top notch, communication was good and the workers are very polite. They even came out immediately to fix a water leaking from the front gutters issue that was actually from the prior roof installation. Thank you Lindy Roofing.

Lindy backed out of our job at the last minute, delaying it by over a month as we worked to find a new roofer. Their reason? "We have other work." Not sure that will be the case if they keep abandoning customers. I strongly suggest you find a professional roofer who stands behind his committments.

This company charged and was paid over $5000. to repair a roof on a property I own. I called this company twice and spoke with Wendy. I asked for a copy of the inspection and/or estimate and the invoice.
Wendy yelled at me. Became dramatic and emotional and told me she cannot provide any information to me. What are they concealing?

Appreciated working with Ron who not only completed our estimate but also was here throughout the project. Very responsive (he always answered his phone) and knowledgeable. He and his team are very professional, organized and thorough. They completed all repairs and installation exactly as promised and cleaned up completely. Free estimates. You may have to wait a while for a first appointment.

We had a very pleasant and satisfying experience using Lindy Roofing for our roofing project. At first we thought that a complete re-roofing of our concrete tile roof was necessary. We had a roofing inspection done and all that was required was some preventive roof tiles and gutter repairs.

Outstanding customer service by you and Arturo in resolving the aesthetic issues I had with the tile roof repair I contracted for on a single bid based on the job Lindy Roofing Co. did on our remodel in 2003. Arturo listened carefully to my wishes and came up with a beautifully executed solution to the miss-matched availabe replacement tiles. WOW! What can I say? We had Lindy Roofing install a roof over 10 years ago, and with the high winds and strong rain that we have been having, it developed a leak. I called Wendy at Lindy Roofing and they sent a roofer out the same day to look at it. He found the area where it was leaking and reported back to the office. Wendy contacted me, and explained that the roof was no longer under warranty, but offered to fix it free of charge. She sent a roofer out that day, no more leak!

Top notch customer service from Wendy and the office staff, and their roofing crew is excellent. Lindy put on our new roof in 2017 and completed the job in 3 days as promised. The roof has been great and this year in March 2019, we had one tiny, tiny drip of water near the vent for the stove, and Wendy got the crew out right away to assess it. They came out during the rain and found that the kitchen exhaust vent needed to be resealed. They put up a temporary cover and came back later in the week as soon as the rain stopped. They did the repair at no charge to us. I completely trust Lindy Roofing

Representative showed up on time, Licensed, Bonded, and in business for over 48 years with an A+ BBB rating. The rep went up on the roof surveyed what needed to be done, and then said he would send a sheet metal guy out for some of the particulars on the job. The rep never left a business card, and never sent a sheet metal guy out like he said. However, I did receive a quote 2-weeks later for 60% more in cost than what three other roofers had bid for the same amount of work to be done.

We worked with Lindy Roofing because of their reviews, stellar BBB, and Contractor Board information. They look great on paper, but their follow-through is lacking and the individual that managed the job, Neil, seems to just sugar coat things and try to reassure you.
We got several bids and Lindy Roofing was within the ballpark. It was the length on the contractors board that closed the deal.

I'm not one to normally pay someone else to do work for me, but for once I am super happy. From the begining the customer service was amazing, Wendy in the office was able to answer any questions and be flexible with my needs. Terrible phone customer service. First excuse was that they didn't have a person in our area on the day we wanted so no need to call and tell me. After that never got back to us with a date they could send someone by to look at my problem. Interesting this is the company that was recommended by a person that gives them lots of work.

I was recommended by another HVAC rep to contact this place in regards to the small leak upstairs caused by shifted roof titles; wind...
I called to see wanting to get an idea of how much it would be total or a range of what the costs would be. The receptionist was friendly, but if you wanted their tile specialist to come and assess the damage/tarp/quick patch fix it'll be $350 minimum, and to schedule an appointment with their one tile specialist won't be until the end of March. I mean for all I know the costs could be more than 5K for all I know. Well I guess I'll have to look
